| Objective:In order to control the degradation rate and the surface biological properties of medical pure magnesium, the pure magnesium was treated by ultrasonic micro arc oxidation(UMAO),phytic acid and zinc.Studying the effect of various treatment on the biocompatibility of osteoblasts, and providing a theoretical basis for clinical application of pure magnesium. Methods:The UMAO-treated pure magnesium was designated as the control group(group A),and the magnesium UMAO-phytic acid(group B)and magnesium UMAO-phytic acid-zinc loaded(group C)were designated as experimental groups. The biocompatibility of coating was assessed through ALP,CCK8,scanning electron microscopy and laser confocal microscopy. Results:The absorbance rate of ALP and CCK8 of the group B was higher than that of group A,and that of the group C was higher than the group B.The biocompatibility of the coating surface was increasing with the time increase, among them, the pure magnesium UMAO-phytic acid-zinc composite had the best compatibility of osteoblasts. The statistical analysis showed that the differences among the groups A,B and C were significant. Conclusions:The cell compatibility of the composite coating treated with UMAO-phytic acid-zinc is the best, followed by the UMAO-phytgic acid group, and least of the UMAO group. |
