| Objective: In the process of pure magnesium anodizing,the spark discharge can form tiny holes and cracks in the surface of the oxide film.These pore structures will become channels for bodily fluids to invade magnesium matrix.Then will cause rapid degradation of the material.In this study,the surface of pure magnesium anode oxide film was treated with three different treatments.It is expected to improve the corrosion resistance and cellular compatibility of the composite film layer.Methods: The pure magnesium anode oxidation process was randomly divided into four groups.Three groups were treated with silane treatment,silane-phytic acid compound treatment,silane-phytic acid carrying copper treatment.Pure magnesium anodizing treatment group as control group A.Pure magnesium anodizing-silane treatment group as group B.Pure magnesium anodizing-silane-phytic acid treatment group as group C.Pure magnesium anodizing-silane-phytic acid carrying copper treatment group as group D.Group B,C and D are experimental groups.The morphology of the film was studied by scanning electron microscope method.The element analysis was carried out for the copper-loaded specimen.The cytoskeleton and cell spreading were observed by laser confocal method.CCK-8 was used to detect the cell adhesion and proliferation of different membrane surfaces.Results: The scanning electron microscopy showed that the pores and cracks in the experimental groups were reduced compared with the control group.The sealing effect was gradually reduced in group D,group C and group B,and the sealing effect of group D was the best.The element analysis results of group D mainly O,C,Si,Mg content rarely,Cu mass fraction of 6.3%.The results of laser confocal concentration showed that the experimental groups was better than the control group.And the spread of cells in C group was the best.Cell adhesion and proliferation measured by CCK-8,the results are statistically significant through statistical analysis.And the best was group C,then group D,after that was group B,but better than group A.Conclusions: Pure magnesium anodizing film is treated with different postprocessing,and the sealing effect can be realized.And then the corrosion resistance of the material and the cell compatibility was improved.Pure magnesium anodizing-silane-phytic acid carrying copper treatment group has the best sealing ability and good cell activity.The mass fraction of Cu element is 6.3%.Pure magnesium anodizing-silane-phytic acid treatment group has the best biological activity. |
