Complications with the improvement of ultrasonic level and VSD(ventricular septal defect) of the cognition and operation level, more and more of the ventricular septal defect with minimally invasive transthoracic occlusion surgery, obtain good effect; but after certain ventricular septal defect occlusion effect unsatisfactory, cause a variety of complications, such as residual leakage, arrhythmia, valvular regurgitation worsened, infective endocarditis, occluder off, this paper for after in ventricular septal defect occluder early effect of related factors are discussed, before the minimally invasive surgery, provide a reference for selecting. Methods: from the Affiliated Union Hospital of Fujian Medical University medical record room collected during the period 1 January 2013 January 1, 2015 elected in transcatheter closure of VSD patients as the research object, the application of statistical data to SPSS22.0 into statistical software for processing, statistical data to mean statistical data to mean±standard deviation(x±s) said; count data compared with x2 test, P < 0.05 were considered to be statistically significant. Results: 125 cases of VSD underwent transthoracic closure of ventricular septal defects in patients, the average age(29.68 ±21.43), membranous ventricular septal defect(99/125), accounting for 79.20% of the infundibular defect accounted for 10.4%(13/125), muscular defect in 2.40%(3/125), the average diameter of ventricular septal defect(3.63 ± 1.08mm), the occluder with the size of between 5 to 10, the equilateral occluder in 91 cases, 34 cases of eccentric occluder. 3 months after the operation, the restoration of heart function, without the occurrence of repeated heart failure cases, good curative effect in 101 cases, accounting for the total number of 80.80% cases; the poor treatment effect of 24 cases, accounting for the total number of cases of 19.20%. in poor efficacy in cases of severe postoperative arrhythmia, residual shunt, regurgitation and shedding of occluder were: 1.6%(2/125), 14.4%(18/125), 6.4%(8/125), 0.8%(1/125).Postoperative severe arrhythmia were two degree I atrioventricular block,Postoperative aortic regurgitation I or aggravated in 4 cases, mitral valve II degree return flows over 1 cases, tricuspid regurgitation and aggravated regurgitation II degree in 3 cases, postoperative day 1 occluder detachment in 1 case, dry type ventricular septal defect, emergency repair of ventricular septal defect(VSD) and postoperative 1 week and 3 months echocardiography and ECG recovered well without Complications. Conclusion: 1,The in minimally invasive ventricular septal defect occluder early response worthy of recognition and early complications mainly arrhythmias, occluder detachment, residual shunt, the valves are closed deterioration.2,The early curative effect of minimally invasive closure of ventricular septal defect closure was not significantly related to the type of the ventricular septal defect and the size of the umbrella, but it was related to the ventricular septal defect and the membranous part. 3,the operation should be careful with the use of esophageal ultrasound to judge, pay attention to the location and the surrounding tissue of the ventricular septal defect, to avoid the occurrence of early postoperative complications.
