Objectives: The objective is to explore the relationship between the changes of vaginal micro environment, the level of Interleukin-10 and HR-HPV virus infection, cervical Lesions. Methods: There were 162 cases of women carry out cervical cancer screening who visited to the department of gynecology clinic of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from April 2014 to August 2014. Some patients requested for cervical cancer screening proactively, another part of the patients complained some symptoms to the doctor, such as contact bleeding and vaginal abnormal discharge. Carried the questionnaire survey on the 162 patients who were necessary to be carried out cervical cancer screening and took specimen collection. Vaginal secretions of patients were detected to vaginal micro ecological taking the quintuplet enzyme method. Cervical cell were detected to cervical liquid based cytology test using TBS diagnosis and HR-HPV using the Cobas 4800 meathod.Vaginal lavage fluid were detected to IL-10 levels using ELISA meathod. To study the relationship between the changes of vaginal micro environment, the level of IL-10 and HR-HPV infection, the study subjects were divided into HR-HPV negative group and HR-HPV positive group. To study the relationship between changes of vaginal micro environment changes, the level of IL-10 and cervical lesions, The study subjects were divided into normal cervical group, LSIL group, HSIL group, cervical cancer group. Results: 1 pH value, lactic acid bacteria, white blood cells and candida were statistically significant in HR-HPV infection(P<0.05). When the p H value is greater than 4.6, the decrease of lactobacillus, leukocytosis, candida positive, the risk of HR-HPV infection were increased and IL-10 level increased. The difference of IL-10 level was statistically significant in HR-HPV positive group and HR-HPV negative group(t=3.77, P < 0.05).The level of IL-10 in HR-HPV positive group was higher than that in HR-HPV negative group.2 p H value, lactic acid bacteria, white blood cell and candida were statistically significant in cervical lesions(P<0.05).When the p H value is greater than 4.6, the lactobacillus decreased, leukocytosis, candida positive, the risk of cervical lesions were increased. With the increase of cervical lesions, the higher the risk, the highest riskof cervical cancer. The difference of IL-10 level was statistically significant in normal cervical group, LSIL group, HSIL group and cervical cancer group(F=23.18, P< 0.05).The IL-10 levels of LSIL group, HSIL group and cervical cancer group were all higher than that in normal group.3 HR-HPV16, HR-HPV18, HR-HPV other 12 type were statistically significant in cervical lesions(P < 0.05).When HR-HPV16 positive, HR-HPV18 positive, HR-HPV other 12 type positive, the risk of cervical lesions increased, and with the increase of cervical lesions, the higher the risk, and the highest risk of cervical cancer. Conclusions: 1.The p H value, lactic acid bacteria, leucocyte and candida in the vaginal micro-environment were closely related to high level of IL-10, HR-HPV infection and cervical lesions. 2.The high level of IL-10 is related to the changes of vaginal micro environment,HR-HPV infection and cervical lesions.3.When HR-HPV infection, the risk of cervical lesions increased, and with the increase of cervical lesions, the higher the risk, and the highest risk of cervical cancer.
