Objective:To explore the related factors of gynecological pelvic surgery with venous thromboembolism, provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods: This was a single center, retrospective study. From May 2008 to May 2015, 90 cases of hospitalized patients in Department of gynaecology of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were studied. All patients underwent gynecological pelvic surgery and preoperative without venous thromboembolism. 30 cases were diagnosed as venous thromboembolism after surgery, 1:2 matching was performed on the same disease and the same operation, 60 patients without venous thromboembolism after operation were compared with the control study. Case-control study method was used. Analysis the relevant factors of patients with venous thromboembolism after gynecologic operation. Results:The single factor results of analysis showed that the age, operation time, prothrombin activity(PTA), fibrinogen(FIB), D-D dimer, triglyceride(TG), anemia, menopause were statistically significant in two groups(P < 0.05). Multi factor non conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the age, menopause, FIB, D-D dimer were statistically significant in two groups, and OR>1, these are independent risk factors of venous thromboembolism after gynecological pelvic surgery. Conclusions:Age,menopause, Elevated FIB, Elevated D-D dimer were independent risk factors of gynecological pelvic surgery with venous thromboembolism. Preoperative anemia, elevated TG, and long operation time were the risk factors of VTE after gynecological pelvic surgery. VTE is the result of multiple influencing factors after gynecologic surgery. In the same patient, the more risk factors, the more easy to form thrombus.
