| Objective:To give muscle spastic hemiplegia patients with toxin injections and then compare them before and after the three-dimensional gait characteristics analysis.To find out the main reason for the formation of hemiplegic gait analysis,and the use of botulinum toxin injections using auxiliary rehabilitation methods.Methods:20 stroke hemiplegic patients were examined with the 3D gait analysis system before and after3-week rehabilitation. At the same time MEG simultaneously checks before and after conventional rehabilitation.Finally get four cases of complete data discrepancies gait kinematics and dynamics before and after of botulinum toxin injections and then find out their difference.Results:After the contrast of before and after the botulinum toxin injection, healthy sides’ step length, stride, pace have significant differences (p<0.01) and also have the trend towards the standard value.The unhealthy sides’ step length, stride, pace also have significant differences (p< 0.05) and also have the trend towards the standard value. After the contrast of before and after the botulinum toxin injection, compare the affected side and Healthy side to find out that the stance phase has significantly difference with the swing phase (p< 0.05) and also have the trend towards the standard value.After the contrast of before and after the botulinum toxin injection, the healthy side knee has significant differences with hip angle (p<0.01) and also have the trend towards the standard value.The affected side knee and hip joints angle also have significant differences (p< 0.05) and also have the trend towards the standard value.After the contrast of before and after the botulinum toxin injection,the healthy side and affected side differences are not significant (P>0.05)Conclusion:For muscle cramps in patients with hemiplegia botulinum toxin injections of auxiliary rehabilitation treatment has obvious curative effect, has a statistically significant difference (p< 0.05). Objective and accurate in three-dimensional gait analysis technology can provide the human body kinematics and dynamics, the system of quantitative evaluation of the patient’s gait, and to guide the botulinum toxin injection position makes sense, and from the perspective of the late rehabilitation of patients with, kinematic and dynamic data exist significant difference (p< 0.05), the limb function in patients with improved. Muscle spasm of the contralateral hemiplegia patients and one side there are abnormal gait, treatment should be synchronized.
