Pittosporum Skin Soup Calcaneodynia Fumigation Combined With Extracorporeal Shock Wave Treatment Clinical Observation (Qi And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective : Through the system of pittosporum skin soup fumigation combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy calcaneodynia(qi and blood stasis type)of clinical observation and research.Pittosporum skin soup fumigation combined with extracorporeal shock wave on the heel pain,the curative effect of ankle score improvement,etc.To choose good clinical curative effect,high security,simple and cheap calcaneodynia compound therapy treatment,to provide clinical basis.Methods : Selection in December 2015 to January 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM orthopedics outpatient collected 90 cases of patients with calcaneodynia.Card type conforms to the qi and blood stasis type,through to adopt random number table method,the calcaneodynia(qi and blood stasis)were randomly divided into three groups.30 cases(group A)traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with shock wave treatment group: each treatment impact 2000 times,once every3 days,1 treatment course treatment 5 times in A row.Every time fumigation about 20 min,fume wash twice a day,7 days for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment;Group(group B)30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation: every time fumigation about 20 min,fume wash twice a day,7 days for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment;30 cases of shock wave treatment group(group C):each treatment impact 2000 times,once every 3 days,1 treatment course treatment 5 times in a row.Treatment cycle after the observation of heel pain VAS pain score,the ankle function score.Result : Clinical curative effect: A,B and C group A total of three groups,as follows: the treatment group: 93.3%,total effective rate of shockwave group: 86.6%,fumigation group: 80%,the comparison between three groups had statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).VAS pain score compared before treatment were significantly improved after treatment,VAS pain score after treatment: the treatment group is lower than the shock waves and fumigation group(P < 0.05),shock wave group is lower than the fumigation group(P < 0.05).Foot function improved significantly,Maryland foot function score: the treatment group is better than that of the shock wave and fumigation group(P < 0.05),the shock wave is better than that of fumigation group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.fumigation treatment calcaneodynia,pittosporum skin soup can improve the calcaneodynia patients walk heel pain and dysfunction.2.Pittosporum skin soup of TCM fumigation treatment in combination with extracorporeal shock wave with pains in alleviating symptoms,is better than that of extracorporeal shock wave therapy alone pittosporum skin soup Chinese medicine fumigation therapy alone,and the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave is better than that of the therapeutic effect of pittosporum skin soup.3.Chinese medicine fumigation pittosporum skin soup can effectively alleviate shock wave treatment side effects such as tingling in the process,both with stable curative effect,side effect is small,affordable,simple,convenient and easy to middle-aged and old patients,is suitable for popularization in clinical.
