Objective:Comparison of bone cement injection and extracorporeal shock wave and local closure for the treatment of calcaneodyniaMethod:30 patients with heel pain diagnosed in the orthopedic clinic of Quanzhou First Hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected,including 20 males and 10 females,aged 40-70 years old,with an average age of 60 years.There were 20 cases of right heel pain and 10 cases of left side;the symptoms lasted for more than 1 year,with an average of 1.6 years.The selected patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,including local steroid injection,extracorporeal shock wave treatment and calcaneal cement injection.The MCSS foot function evaluation and simplified McGill scale and clinical efficacy evaluation were used to compare.3 groups of treatment effects.Result:After three groups of patients have undergone different treatment methods,the treatment of heel bone cement in the treatment of heel pain is superior to the topical steroid hormone and extracorporeal shock wave therapy.In the course of the last follow-up after 1 year of treatment,the bone cement treatment group is clinically The recovery and effective number of efficacy evaluations were significantly higher than those of the shock wave group and the closed group.At the same time,the value of the bone cement group was also significantly reduced in the McGill score.In the MCSS score table,the scores of the bone cement group also had obvious advantages.The difference between groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The effect of calcaneus cement injection in the treatment of heel pain has better clinical efficacy than traditional shock wave therapy and local closed injection;the stability and recurrence of long-term effect in patients with heel pain are better than shock wave and partial closed injection therapy.one treatment symptom relief lasts for a long time,technical difficulty is low,the trauma is small,the effect is exact,and it is worth promoting.
