Objective: This thesis discussed the feasibility and effectiveness of micro course design and practice research in the experimental teaching of medical nursingMethods: Through literature research method,action research method,investigation method,the application mode of micro course in hospital nursing teaching was constructed,designing the development process of micro course,developing the experimental teaching series curriculum of medical nursing,using convenient sampling method to select a total of 212 students from 1 to 6 classes of grade 2 of nursing care of grade 2015 in Shaoyang college as the research object.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 96)and the control group(n = 106).In the process of medical nursing experimental teaching,4 to 6 nursing classes were as the experimental group adopting micro course teaching method,and 1 to 3 classes were as the control group adopting the traditional teaching method.After the teaching course,the two groups were organized to take unified exam,comparing the experiments of two groups nursing students and theory examination scores,critical thinking ability,self-directedlearning ability,self-efficacy.The experimental group was evaluated the teaching effect of micro course.Results:(1)Before the intervention,t here were no significant difference s in the general data,self-directed learning ability and self-efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After the intervention,the score of the medical nursing skills examination(P<0.01),the score of theoretical examinati on(P<0.01),the score of self-directed ability(P<0.01)and self-efficacy(P<0.05)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups w ere statistically significant.(3)After the intervention,78.3% nursing students thought that the teaching effect could be improved by the micro teaching.Conclusions:(1)After the application of the micro-lecture in the teaching of internal medicine,ability and theoretical knowledge are obviously improved of nursing students.(2)The application of micro-lecture in the teaching of internal medicine nursing can improve the self-directed learning ability and self-efficacy of nursing students.(3)The application of the micro-lecture in the teaching of internal med icinenursing can meet the needs of nursing students and improve the teaching effect.
