Development Of Patient-reported Outcomes (PRO) Pre Scale On The Traditional Mongolian Medicine For Sa Disease

Objective:strictly follow the U.S.food and drug administration(FDA)specified based on patient reported outcomes(patient report outcomes,PRO)scale production Principle and process,guided by the Mongolian medicine basic theory to patient-centered,developed with characteristic of Mongolian medicine Sa,disease clinical curative effect evaluation of the scale,aid the foundation for examination and assessment of feasibility,reliability and validity.Method:set up a research and discussion groups,according to the development of the international PRO scale standard,in Mongolian medicine basic theory as a guide to develop a conceptual framework of questionnaire in advance.Through literature research,case retrospective study,creating the item pool of patient interviews,and expert interview,research and discussion groups through discussion will be the same but express different repetition,semantic words merged,established and assigned each entry to the concept of the framework.And then establish a patient reported outcome(PRO)model in the process of the scale,through expert questionnaire and patient questionnaire survey to collect data.Finally importance using expert scoring method,discrete tendency method,step wise regression analysis method,crowns Bach coefficient method,factor analysis five kinds of methods such as statistical data filter entries,the above five kinds of methods statistics after three or more statistics method to achieve the standard entry into the scale,form Sa,patients reported outcome(PRO)scale.Result:Through the literature research PRO scale screening entry standards with a total of72 entries.Through medical retrospective study PRO scale screening entry standards of a total of74 entries,among of article 44 items and literature research items are repeated,30 new items.Through interview patients received 113 entries,among of article 108 items and the literature research is repetitive,article 5 new entries.And no new entries have been received through expert interviews.Through the above four methods for total of 107 entries,the research team and discussed after the group discussion Sa disease PRO scale standard item 68.With 68 entries do questionnaire survey,The remaining 59 entries after the entries are filtered in five methods.Finally,a total of 56 entries were formed after the clinical small range survey and then formed a total of 56 all purpose Sa patients reported outcome(PRO)scale.Conclusion :this research was developed with characteristic of Mongolian medicine Sa patients reported outcome(PRO)scale,which laid the foundation for feasibility analysis,reliability and validity of the next step of the scale.Key words:Mongolian medicine;Sa,disease;Patient reported outcome(PRO)preliminary scale.
