Formulate Development And Assessment Of Advanced Gastric Cancer Syndrome Patient Reported Outcome Scale

Objectives:Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrometheory,develop a scale for advanced gastric cancer of TCM characteristics andevaluate its reliability and validity so as to establish a scale for the preliminary clinical evaluation of patients with advanced gastric cancer,which can provide an evaluation tool with Chinese characteristics quantitative for assessment and treatment of these patients.Methods:Combined thescale developing method of domestic and international to determine the use value of the scale and confirmethe direction of literature investigation.Constructing the TCM items of scale for advanced gastric cancerthrough a large number of literature research,discussions of research group expertsand terminology specification.After three rounds of Delph expert consultation,collecting clinical data of advanced gastric cancer and establishing database with the selected optimization item pool.According to the pre clinical investigation method,select the items again.Then evaluatingthe database according to split-half reliability,Cronbach's a coefficient,discrimination validity,construct validity to confirm the table for advanced gastric cancer.Results:1.Questionnaire recovery rate was 100%in the 3 rounds expert consultation,screening value of the items to confirm the first draft of TCM items of scale for advanced gastric cancer with stomach dimensions(17 items),liver dimensions(11 items),Qi deficiency dimensions(8 items),blood deficiency dimensions(11 items),Yin deficiency dimensions(8 items)Yang deficiency dimensions(10 iterns),phlegm dimensions(13 items),dampness dimensions(9 items),heat dimensions(9 items),blood stasis dimensions(8 items).The coordination coefficient was 0.336(x2=518.196,P<0.01).2.Adjust the dimensions of the items according to the the 3 kinds of objective screening methods in pre investigation,9items including Q21?Q23?Q25?Q41?Q42?Q43?Q59?Q61?Q64 were deleted and the final 55 TCM items of scale for advanced gastric cancer is confirmed(Official edition).3.The total table came out with the following results:Split-half reliability(0.791),the reliability values of each dimension were greater than 0.7;The Krone Bach values of the stomach dimension,spleen dimension,liver dimension,blood deficiency dimension,yin deficiency dimension and yang deficiency dimension are all greater than 0.8,the i-ntemal consistency of these six dimensions is good,The Krone Bach series values of the remaining 5 dimensions are between 0.5-0.8,suggesting that their internal consiste-ncy is better.The revised self rating scale for gastric cancer(Official edition)has good reliability.The nonparametric test and factor analysis showed that the scale had good discriminant validity and construct validity.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine evaluation scale for advanced gastric cancer has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a reference tool for therapeutic effect evaluation of advanced gastric cancer.
