Effect Of Acupoint Stimulation On Patients With PSD Of Plasma 5-HT,DA And NE

Objectives:In this study,120 patients with poststroke depression(PSD)were divided into low frequency pulse group,western medicine group and blank control group.The depression and physical status of the subjects were observed by HAMD scale and NIHSS scale.To observe the effect of monoamine neurotransmitters on stroke depression in patients with plasma before and after treatment,to explore the mechanism of action of low frequency pulse acupoint stimulation on PSD and the relationship between depression and depression,Physical function of the impact of recovery,for the low frequency of electrical stimulation of the clinical guidance.Methods:The study selected 120 subjects were from July 2013-January 2017 period,Wuhan City Central Hospital rehabilitation hospital treatment of post-stroke depression patients.The subjects were randomly divided into three groups: the low-frequency pulse group,the western medicine group and the blank control group.The treatment frequency was 1 day / day,6 times / week / course of treatment After two weeks,the patients were evaluated by HAMD and NIHSS.The plasma concentrations of 5-HT,DA and NE were compared before and after the rational analysis.Results:Except the blank control group,1 cases were eliminated,and the curative effect of low frequency pulse group and Western medicine group was significantly better than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma 5-HT,DA and N levels in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The frequency of 5-HT,DA and NE in plasma of patients with low frequency pulse group and Western medicine group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Studies have shown that low-frequency electrical stimulation of acupuncture for post-stroke depression is accurate and safe,with the efficacy of the drug group is equivalent to increase plasma 5-HT content,reduce plasma DA,NE concentration may be one of its mechanism.
