Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupressure combined with low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation and electroacupuncture on thumb function dysfunction in stroke patients, and to further explore the effect of flexion and extensoric alternating low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation on the degree of thumb movement and related muscles in stroke patients,Optimized stroke upper limb treatment regimen.Methods:60 patients with thumb malocclusion were included in the standard group. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table. Before treatment, the two groups of patients with ipsilateral thumb outreach, palm movement of the maximum joint activity and the thumb side pinch when the thumb adductor muscle EMG peak.At the time of treatment,The control group was treated with electroacupuncture, the waveform was selected with continuous wave, frequency 2Hz;The treatment group was treated with low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation, the stimulation mode was alternating stimulation of flexion and extension muscles, the intermittent wave was chopped, the intermittent ratio was 1:1 and the frequency was 50Hz.The two groups were treated for 30 points each time, the intensity of the patient tolerance for the degree of 1 day,6 days of treatment, rest 1 day,a total of 4 weeks of treatment. Before and after treatment,M600 electromyography and joint mobility detection system were used to detect the eigenvalues(the thumb movement of the thumb, the peak of the thumb muscle, the thumb, the abutment, the maximum activity of the joint),Lindmark motor function score(wrist, hand),improved Barthel index score(upper limb part)and neurological deficit score(CSS)to evaluate the curative effect, the use of statistical software SPSS 19.0 data processing and analysis.Results:1.In the low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation group and electroacupuncture group, the peak of EMG on the surface of the thumb adductor was significantly higher than that before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),And the two groups of patients with thumb muscle muscle EMG peak, before and after treatment between the difference between the groups,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The treatment group was superior to the control group.2.Low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation group and electroacupuncture group after treatment of ipsilateral thumb outreach, palm angle significantly increased compared with before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),And the two groups of patients with thumb outreach,Zhan palm angle, before and after treatment between the differences between groups,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),The treatment group was superior to the control group.3.The score of Lindmark motor function(wrist and hand)and modified Barthel index score(upper limb part)were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.Neurological deficit score(CSS)was significantly lower than before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),And the two groups of patients with the scale score, before and after treatment between the difference between the groups,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The total effective rate was 90%in the low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation group and 63.33%in the electroacupuncture group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),The total effective rate of low frequency acupoint electrical stimulation group was higher than that of electroacupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation and electro acupuncture treatment can improve the limb thumb function of stroke patients, which has significant curative effect on the reconstruction of thumb function in stroke patients, and the treatment of low-frequency acupoint electrical stimulation is superior to electroacupuncture treatment.2.Low-frequency acupuncture points for the thumb to improve the muscle strength of the muscles significantly improved,it may improve the thumb muscles around the muscles so that the expansion of the thumb joints can be expanded.3.Low-frequency acupuncture point of electrical stimulation can improve the finger fine motor function, improve the patient’s upper limb fine exercise ability, improve the daily life ability of patients.
