The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome)by Sugar Ginseng Pills

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to treat type 2 diabetes through clinical observation of sugar ginseng pill(Qi and yin deficiency syndrome)clinical efficacy and safety,that sugar ginseng pill is an effective drug for the treatment of this type of diabetes,to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:78 cases were collected from June 2015 to June 2016 the diagnosis of deficiency of Qi and Yin endocrine treatment in Jingzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,for patients with type 2 diabetes,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases in the treatment group,39 cases in the control group,compared two groups of patients with gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,and the severity of the disease the total score of TCM syndrome and other aspects,there is no significant difference between the two groups,comparable(P>0.05).The control group were treated with metformin tablets,each 0.5g,3 times daily before meals;the treatment group on the basis of the above treatment with oral sugar ginseng pill,every time 6g,3 times dailybefore meals.The two groups both take 3 months as a course of treatment.Observed for the two groups before and after treatment the symptom score,FPG and 2hPG,fasting C peptide and two hour postprandial C peptide,HbAlc,blood lipid.Results:The total score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the TCM symptoms were significantly different(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.7%,control group total effective rate was 74.4%,the clinical effective rate of treatment group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group can improve the patient’s thirst,main symptoms of lassitude,to eat hunger,polyuria,shortness of breath and other major symptoms also improved,and the effect is better than the control group.The patients in the two groups before and after treatment were the main symptoms,secondary symptoms curative effect score significant difference(P<0.05).Two groups can effectively reduce the patient’s fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose,fasting C peptide and postprandial two hours C peptide,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids,the statistical results showed that the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study suggest that sugar ginseng Le pill is effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(two Qi and yin deficiency syndrome),improve clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,the curative effect is better than western medicine group,and affordable,portable use,provides the method is effective andfeasible for the Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes.
