| Objective: To observe the clinical diagnosis and efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(kidney deficiency syndrome),and to confirm that the prescription can effectively increase the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes.To alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.Methods: Based on the unification of diet therapy and exercise therapy,a randomized controlled clinical study was conducted.Patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment(using SPSS21.0 statistical software).The treatment group and the control group each included 36 cases.Use Liuwei Dihuang Pills Modified Prescription(New Green Granule Pharmacy-Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation Room,1 grid,2/day)combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets(the drug is selected from China-US Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,National Medicine Standard H20023371,0.85g× 20 tablets)(1 tablet(0.85g),2/day),the control group included 36 cases,and the control group used metformin hydrochloride tablets(the drug is selected from China-US Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,National Medicine Zhunzi H20023371,0.85g× 20 tablets)(1 tablet(0.85g),2/day),the course of treatment is 4 weeks.All clinical study cases are from outpatients and inpatients in the Department of Geriatrics,Changchun Chinese University Hospital.The enrolled cases were included according to requirements,in line with traditional herbal medicine,diagnostic criteria in Western medicine,and selection criteria.Results: In this study,there were 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group,and a total of 72 patients were enrolled.The treatment group and the control group compared the general data before treatment,which showed no statistical significance(P>0.05)and was comparable.Related laboratory indicators and TCM syndrome scores before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable.The results before and after treatment are as follows:(1)In terms of reducing fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,the two groups after treatment were different from those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can reduce fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose;treatment There was no significant difference between the post-treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),which proved that the treatment group and the control group had similar effects in reducing fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose.(2)In terms of improving blood lipids,the results of the study showed that in the comparison of lower CHO values within the group,P=0.004<0.05 in the treatment group,which has a significant effect;P=0.427>0.05 in the control group,which has no obvious effect on CHO,and after treatment In the comparison between the groups in reducing the CHO value,P=0.019,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing CHO after treatment.In addition,in the comparison of lowering the TG value within the group,the treatment group P=0.003<0.05,which has a significant effect;in the control group P=0.189>0.05,the effect on TG is not obvious,and the comparison between the groups after treatment is in the reduction of the TG value,P= 0.01<0.05,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing CHO after treatment.However,the comparison of the two groups in reducing HDL and LDL was >0.05,indicating that the two groups had no effect on reducing HDL and LDL.(3)From the perspective of clinical symptom improvement,comparing the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the two groups P=0.00 calculated by the t test,which is statistically significant.Therefore,both groups can improve TCM.symptom.The comparison between the groups calculated P=0.002<0.01,which was statistically significant.Therefore,it can be considered that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.It shows that the symptoms of frequent urine output,upset,insomnia,heat of the hands,feet and heart,weak body,and thirst for drinking in the treatment group are significantly improved,indicating that Liuwei Dihuang Pills have advantages in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: Clinical studies have proved that Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with metformin hydrochloride has a clear effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus(deficiency of kidney yin syndrome),regulates blood sugar levels,and can significantly improve clinical symptoms in Chinese herbal medicine patients. |
