Explore The Risk Factors For Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer Based On Syndrome Element Theory

Objective:Based on syndrome element theory,exploring the risk factors for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)with the purpose of analyzing the pathological changes mechanism of PLGC.It can provide the theory basis for the early prevention or treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of PLGC.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,selecting 45 patients from Fujian Universty of Traditional Medicine attached Second People Hospital as observed object by using questionnaire survey and case-control method.Who had clinical symptoms and were diagnosed with PLGC by using gastroscopy and pathology.The same goes for collecting 45 patients who were diagnosed with CAG as control group.Based on syndrome element theory,collecting the patients' symptoms information through the "health status identification system".Observing and analyzing the symptoms of the patients who were diagnosed with PLGC,and then comparing it to the symptoms of the patients who were diagnosed with CAG.At last,exploring the risk factors for the occurrence and development of PLGC.Results:1.The syndrome factors for location of disease mainly is stomach,liver,spleen,kidney,also involves heart,bravery,mind,lung,large intestine,small intestine,palace,table,XiongGe.There is no significant difference with CAG(P=0.627>0.05).2.The syndrome factors for nature of disease mainly is qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,also involved in wet,blood stasis Yin deficiency,phlegm,heat,blood deficiency,dyspepsia,cold,drinks,yang hyperactivity,deficiency of essence,qi collapse?blood-heat?body fluid deficiency.There is no significant difference with CAG(P =0.835>0.05).3.Disease location syndrome element "liver" might be a risk factor for the development of CAG-PLGC(P<0.10,OR =1.465>1).Disease nature syndrome element of " Yang deficiency","blood stasis" tightly correlate with the pathological progress of CAG-PLGC(all P<0.10,OR =1.917,1.777>1).Conclusion:1.The main disease's location of CAG-PLGC is stomach,liver,spleen and kidney,which provide theory basis for the treating from regulating stomach,liver,spleen and kidney.The lesions of PLGC involving multiple Zang-fu at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to take other Zang-fu into consideration during the treatment of PLGC,which means to regulating multiple Zang-fu at the same time.2.The level increased of location syndrome element of the liver and disease nature syndrome elements of Yang-deficiency,blood stasis make the pathological progress of CAG-PLGC aggravating.3.People,who is good at treating the disease of stomach,regulate liver instead of stomach.It is necessary to pay attention to smoothing the liver and regulating qi activity.4.It is necessary to recuperate the spleen yang,kidney yang-and add some-medicinal herbs of activating blood for the early prevention or treatment of CAG-PLGC.
