The Clinical Research Of Jiawei Xuandai Granule Combined With The APC Therapy Under NBI Endoscopic For Treating Barrett’s Esophagus

Objective:Using the Narrow-band imaging(NBI)technoiogy to observe the anomaly structure of Barrett’s esophagus that treated by AP C(Argon Plasma Coagulation)and Jiawei Xuandai granule.To observe t he esophagus epithelium and find a new method for treating Barrett’s e sophagus combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 60 cases that treated in the XX hospital through December 2014 to December 2015 were collected in the clinical study.All cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases were included in treat ment group and 30 in control group.The treatment group was treated by APC combine Jiawei Xuandai granule.the control group was treated by APC combine Omeprazole.Both of them recorded the symptom sco re、the types under the NBI、the white light pattern changes of gastros cope、the changes of pathological tissue before and after being treating.And compare the efficacy between two groups.Results:(1)The result of 60 cases that collected in reaearch were island tye NBI endoscopic and C tye NBI enarge endoscopi.(2)The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 70% in the control group,Compare with two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group.(3)The total efficacy rate of endoscopic in treatment group was better than control group.(4)Being treating for three months,the total efficacy rate of pathological biopsy in treatment group was 96.67% and 80% in control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of pathological biopsy in treatment group was 96.67% and 93.33% in control group when in the sixth month.In the tewlfth month,12 cases were lost in the treatment group and 18 cases that left’s total efficacy rate was 94.44%.15 cases were lost in control group and 15 cases that left’s total efficacy rate was 80%(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Jiawei xuandai granule combined with the APC therapy under NBI endoscopic can ease the clinical symptoms of Barrett’s esophagus.(3)The clinical efficacy of Jiawei xuandai granule combined with the APC therapy under NBI endoscopic was better than Omeprazole for its safety and speedy,and it was worthy promote in clinical.
