The Effect Of Zhuang Medicine Line Moxibustion On MCI,Research On The Effects Of MMSE Score And Blood Lipids

Objective: 1.Determine the mild cognitive dysfunction(MCI)patients with or without abnormal lipid metabolism.2.Observe the “qi blood,help the school” medicine line moxibustion on the clinical efficacy of mild cognitive dysfunction,the influence of the MMSE scale score and blood lipid six,provide theoretical basis for the clinical use of MCI.Methods: Using physical examination screening method,with the CDR,MMSE rating scale for screening tool,the elderly health check-up crowd and neurology hospital,acupuncture in patients with memory disorder symptoms over 60 population screening,collect 66 patients with mild cognitive dysfunction(MCI),and routine blood lipid six;In a random number table method in accordance with the time allocated to treatment group and control group,each group of 33 cases;Treatment group adopted "the activing blood,help this school" line drug moxibustion methods intervention therapy,the control group in the conventional acupuncture treatment,treatment of one period of treatment,compared before and after treatment and after treatment between groups of six indicators,MMSE scale score and blood fat,and compare two groups of clinical curative effect.Results: 1.Drug moxibustion with conventional acupuncture treatment of MCI has achieved good clinical effect,but the clinical curative effect of medicine moxibustion group is superior to the conventional acupuncture group.2.Drug moxibustion with conventional acupuncture treatment can significantly improve patients with MCI MMSE score,comparison before andafter the itself are statistically significant(P<0.05),the two groups after treatment evaluation in directional force,attention and calculation force increased,the treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05).3.Its comparison before and after drug moxibustion with conventional acupuncture treatment were statistically significant improve lipid six indicators: higher HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-A1,Apo-B,TC,TG were lower(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group had a significantly higher level of HDL-C,TC and TG levels significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.“qi blood,help the school” medicine line with conventional acupuncture moxibustion have benign to adjust the action of dyslipidemia,but the treatment group in improving HDL-C,TC and TG better,have better improve blood lipid factors such as the role of MCI.2.“the activing blood,help this school” medicine has better line with conventional acupuncture moxibustion and overall improve MMSE score in patients with MCI.3.“the activing blood,help this school” medicine line: comparing with routine acupuncture moxibustion treatment of MCI group of clinical curative effect advantage,is expected to develop into a new method of MCI clinically effective treatment,new technologies,is worth popularization and application in clinic.
