The Clinic Observation Of Feiketing Mixture Combined With Asmeton In The Treatment Of Wind Invading Lung-type Postinfectious Cough

Object:To observe the therapeutic effects of Feiketing mixture combined with Asmeton in the treatment of wind invading lung-type postinfectious cough,explore the mechanism,provide some clinical evidence for combining traditional chinese and western medicine treatment the PIC.Methods:120 patients were choosen from respiratory outpatient of Wuhan N0.1 Hospital from January 1,2015 to December 31,2016,and were diagnosed with wind invading lung-type postinfectious cough.According to the principle of random distribution,the patients were divided into three groups :combination of traditional chinese and western medicine group,traditional chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The western medicine group recieved Asmeton(Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules),the traditional chinese medicine recieved Feikingting mixture,the co mbine traditional chinese and western medicine received Asmeton(Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules)and Feiketing mixture,the treatment last for 10 days.To obverse the change of clinical symptoms points,evaluate clinical efficacy and safety in treatment for 10 days.Using statistical software to analyze these clinical observation indexes,diference,compare the efficiency of A smeton,Feiketing mixture,the combination of two drugs in treatm ent of wind invading lung-type postinfectious cough,the treatment effect of cough、sputum、pharyngeal itching in different gr oups.Results:(1)The clinical curative effect:After treatment,the western medicine grup total efficiency is 68.4%,the traditional chinese medicine group total efficiency is 61.5%,the combine traditional chinese medicine and western medicine total efficiency is 83.8%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of single the traditional chinese medicine syndrome scores:After treatment in the three groups of symptoms of cough,sputum,pharyngeal itching score less than before treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05);Cough integral reduced order:combine traditional chinese medicine and western medicine > western medicine group >traditional chinese medicine group,the difference were statistically significant(P < 0.05);Sputum integral reduced order:combine traditional chinese medicine and western medicine>traditional chinese medicine group>western medicine group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pharyngeal itching integral reduced order:combine traditional chinese medicine and western medicine>traditional chinese medicine group> western medicine group,the difference were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of the total score of TCM symptoms:Compared with the score before treatment,the total score in each group decreased after treatment and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);The syndrome score of the combined group was obviously lower than traditional chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P<0.05),the score of chinese medicine group was lower than western medicine group,the difference had no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Feiketing mixture,Asmeton can improve the symptoms of the wind invading lung-type postinfectious cough,the combined group is more effective in alleviating symptoms of cough,sputum,pharyngeal itching.In the aspect of clinical curative effect,Feiketing mixture is equal with Asmeton.The combination of Feiketing mixture and Asmeton can obviously alleviate the symptoms of cough,sputum and pharyngeal itching,and had remarkable curative effect in treat of wind invading lung-type postinfectious cough.
