Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of umbilical needle combined with Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of liver stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma,to explore the pathogenesis of liver stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma and the mechanism of umbilical acupuncture treatment of chloasma,to provide clinical treatment for chloasma in the future Effective treatment options and ideas.Methods:Randomized controlled clinical trials were used to classify 64 patients with liver-qi stasis type of chloasma consistent with this study into 32 patients in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group took the umbilical needle combined with the Chinese medicine mask for external use,and the control group.Take Chinese medicine facial mask for external use,both groups were treated 3 times a week,12 times as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was observed after 3courses of treatment.The changes of MASI scores,systemic symptom scores,and DLQI scores were compared between the two groups of patients,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.The relapses of the cured patients were observed after 2 months of return visits.Finally,all data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0software.deal with.Result:(1)Before treatment,the MASI scores,TCM syndrome scores,and DLQI scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).The comparison between the two groups after treatment and before each treatment was better than before treatment(P<0.05).(2)After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the MASI score treatment group and thecontrol group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.(3)After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.After 12 weeks,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%.The effective rate was 63.33%.There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)There was a statistically significant difference in the effect of systemic symptoms after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.(5)There was a difference in DLQI scores after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.(6)After the treatment,the recurrence rate at follow-up for 2 months was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was smaller than the control group.(7)During the treatment period,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.The safety was high and the feasibility was good.Conclusion:In the treatment group,the umbilical acupuncture combined with the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask improved the MASI scores,systemic symptom scores,and the DLQI scores of patients with hepatic stasis and blood stasis type melasma,and achieved good curative effect,and there was no side effect in safety.The treatment group of umbilical needle combined with Chinese medicine facial mask treatment of liver stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma is worthy of clinical reference promotion.
