Clinical Observation Of Xiezhuo Enema Therapy In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Which Is Turbid Damp And Blood Stagnation Symptom

ObjectiveBy observing the clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo enema treat chronic renal failure(non-dialysis,turbid damp and blood stagnation symptom),objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety,to provide valuable evidence of evidence-based medicine for clinical decision making.MethodsCollected the patients who were diagnosed Chronic Renal Failure(non-dialysis,turbid damp and blood stagnation symptom)during the period from January 2016 to January 2017 year in nephrology Dept.of Hainan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.According the exclusion criteria,finally enrolled 86 patients,who divide in two groups according their own will.One was control group treated by conventional therapy plus Niaoduqing particles with 44 patients,the other one was treated group with 42 patients treated by conventional therapy plus Xiezhuo enema.by observing two groups of patients’ Serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,blood urea nitrogen,uric acid and the main changes of clinical symptoms before and after 2 weeks treatment to evaluate the curative effect of Xiezhuo enema.ResultsAfter treatment the Scr,BUN,UA level of patients in treatment group were significantly reduced,and the levels of eGFR was elevated,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01);however,after treatment the patients of control group only the level of BUN and UA significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between the two groups of Scr and eGFR after treatment were no statistically significant difference;and comparison between the two groups of BUN and UA after treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01、P<0.05).After treatment the single and total score of tired weakness,poor appetite,abdominal distension and edema on two groups were Significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01);however,compared the single and total score between two groups of patients with four groups of symptom were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment the overall efficiency of control group and treatment group respectively were 63.6%and 85.7%,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the research,Xiezhuo enema is safety and no obvious adverse reactions;the adverse reactions of Niaoduqing particles mainly for gastrointestinal symptoms,accounting for 11.4%.ConclusionXiezhuo enema clear the Serum creatinine,uric acid and blood urea nitrogen of CKD patients more apparent than Niaoduqing particles,the overall efficiency is also superior than Niaoduqing particles,and the Xiezhuo enema is no obvious adverse reactions,which is a safe and effective enema decoction for the treatment of chronic renal failure patients.
