Early And Mid-term Clinical Observation Of Enema With Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Tongluo Recipe For Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Xiezhuo and Huayu Tongluo Recipe in the early and middle stages of chronic renal failure,and to compare the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,renal function,β₂ microglobulin（β₂-MG）and serum of Patients before and after treatment Cystatin C（Cys C）level,evaluate the overall treatment effect of the two grou Ps,Provide a new idea for the early and mid-term of enema treatment of chronic renal failure,and Provide enema for the traditional Chinese medicine"Yishen Xiezhuo,Huayu Tongluo Recipe"to treat chronic renal failure early The promotion and application of mid-term clinical treatment programs provide a safe and effective reference basis.Methods:Sixty Patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology Outpatient Clinics and Wards of Shijiazhuang City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December2017 to August 2019 were selected as research subjects.After signing the informed consent,they were randomly divided into two groups,namely observation group and control group.In control group,the patients were treated with basic treatment and Shenkang suppository,and in observation group,the patients were treated with basic treatment,Yishen Xiezhuo as well as Huayu Tongluo prescription enema.Both groups were treated for 8weeks.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,renal function level,β₂-MG,Cys C of the two groups of Patients before and after treatment were compared,and the data of the overall treatment effect and various safety indicators of the two groups were evaluated,and then SPSS was applied.23.0 Statistical software analysis Analyze the data to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yishen Xiezhuo and Huayu Tongluo Recipe in the early and middle stages of chronic renal failure.Results:Results:A total of 60 patients who met the standard were included in this clinical observation.In the final observation group,1 case was lost to follow-up,1 case did not adhere to treatment as required,and 1case was lost to the control group,that is,there were 28 cases and 29 cases in the observation group and control group respectively.After comparative analysis of treatment,the results show:（1）Comparison of clinical efficacy:showing as 89.29%and 62.07%respectively.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（2）Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes:Before treatment,the difference in total score between observation group and control group wasn’t statistically significant（P>0.05）.After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the decrease of the total score of TCM symptoms,observation group was better than control group,and the difference was significant（P<0.01）.（3）Comparison of single TCM symptom scores:There was no significant difference before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,the symptoms of"burnout,fatigue,shortness of breath,laziness of waist and knees",and"full abdominal distension"of the observation group were improved compared with the condition before treatment,and were better than the condition of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;"nausea"The symptoms of vomiting and lack of appetite were better than before treatment and were better than the control group,the difference was significant（P<0.01）.（4）Comparison of renal function:There was no significant difference in renal function level（P>0.05）;after treatment,the blood creatinine and urea nitrogen in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the creatinine clearance rate increased;before and after treatment in the observation group The difference in serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,and creatinine clearance rates was statistically significant（P<0.05）;and the changes in serum creatinine and creatinine clearance rates in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）.（5）Comparison of serumβ₂-MG and Cys C:There was no significant difference in serumβ₂-MG and Cys C before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,the serumβ₂-MG and Cys C of the two groups were decline compared with the condition before treatment.The comparison of serumβ₂-MG and Cys C before and after treatment in the observation group was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（6）Analysis of safety indicators:No obvious abnormal changes were found in the blood routine,urine routine,electrolyte and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.Conclusion:（1）Yishen Xiezhuo,Huayu Tongluo Recipe enema has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure in the early and mid-term,and can im Prove the overall effectiveness of the clinical treatment of early and mid-term chronic renal failure.（2）Enema of Yishen Xiezhuo,Huayu Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure in the early and middle stages can improve the efficacy of patients’symptoms and reduce patients’"burnout,fatigue,shortness of breath,sore waist and knees,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting"Small food"symptoms.（3）Enema of Yishen Xiezhuo and Huayu Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure in early and mid-term can improve the level of renal function,reduce the level of serumβ₂-MG and Cys C,and further delay the Progress of CRF.It is worth promoting and applying.
