Clinical Study On Yishen Gushe Huoxue And Tongluo To Interfere In The Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis In Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objectives:To explore the clinial efficacy and the pharmacological mechanism of prescription according to Yishen gushe huoxue tongluo in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, in order to provide a new approach for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:In this article is randomized and controlled clinical research method, namely choose typical of 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients, with kidney deficiency blood stasis, and then the average is divided into two groups, one group for the treatment group, another group as control group. Among them, the control group were treated by diabetes health education, diet, and symptomatic treatment of western medicine foundation treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of add kidney solid taken blood know luo, water decoction, one dose a day, oral, points 2 times in the morning and evening at 8 weeks as a course of treatment, and then were observed in two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, vital signs and laboratory indexes and other differences.Results:1, based on TCM symptoms improved, the treatment group total effectiveness is 93.33%, and the total effective rate was 63.33% in the control group and treatment group in improving clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic nephropathy is better than that of control group (p< 0.05); 2, in the aspect of laboratory examination indexes:treatment group in blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, serum creatinine, blood CysC urine, urine trace albumin, monocyte chemotactic factor 1 (MCP 1), and other indicators have good curative effect, the effect is better than the control group (p< 0.05).Conclusions:Based on preliminary clinical results, take the solid taken invigorate the kidney t2dm combined with western medicine treatment of the disease, curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment of. Treated by traditional Chinese medicine not only can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce proteinuria, strengthening kidney, regulating blood lipid, stable blood sugar and blood pressure changes to a certain extent, and safe, effective and has broad application prospect, is worth further research.
