Clinical Observation Of Yishen Huashi Huoxue Method To Treat Early Diabetic Nephropathy Of Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Syndrome Dialectical

Objective:Use the method of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation dehumidification composition of Chinese herbal medicine,on early diabetic nephropathy(diabetic nephropathy)dialectical of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome treatment,observation to evaluate the efficacy and safety and reliability,and the preliminary clinical effect on its possible mechanism discussed analysis.Methods:60 cases of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome dialectical for early diabetic nephropathy were given randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group,the control group received the routine treatment,namely diabetes education and individualized therapy,and have high blood pressure,high blood fat and lipid lowering blood pressure in treatment of combined treatment group in addition to this general basic treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine granules with dampness and activating blood circulation prescription of tonifying kidney,every morning and evening respectively Chongbo,treatment for 12 weeks.The main laboratory observation indexes and safety reference indexes of two groups before and after treatment were detected and analyzed,and the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment were statistically evaluated.Results:(1)After treatment of the two groups of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,mALB and ACR levels and compared before treatment,60 patients were significantly decreased,had statistical significance in the two groups(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups were compared,the numerical level of treatment group reduced more obviously.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The LDL-C index of the two groups decreased after treatment,compared with the level before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The HDL-C index of two groups of patients was not obvious compared with that before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the groups and between groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(4)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,compared with 66.7%of the control group,the result was statistically significant(P<0.01).(5)The symptoms of TCM were improved in the two groups after treatment,and the decrease of integral in the control group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney dampness and activating blood can cube by lowering blood glucose,improve blood lipids and decrease the excretion of urine protein is safe and effective,thus to improve the progression of early diabetic nephropathy,can play better than western medicine treatment advantage.
