| Customer satisfaction measurement is recognized as the main method which can objectively reflect the society’s benefits.Presently many scholars at home and abroad focus on the patient’s satisfaction studies,to make up and even perfect the medical quality control system.However,most of the studies concentrate on the big hospital customer satisfaction,while the community outpatient service attention is still scarce,which to some extent has caused blankness of the research field about the community clinic customer satisfaction.This survey has taken the Wuhan community clinic customer satisfaction as the study objective and nearly 100 communities as its samples.Through the literature review,it will give the summary to the related domestic and foreign literatures and bring up questions and research hypothesis by the community clinic current development in Wuhan and the present situation at home and abroad.The final questionnaire passes through the pre-investigation,the pre-test and the validity examination and it is designed on the basis of Community medical clinics customer satisfaction measurement scale at home and abroad.Then,the overall regression and stepwise regression will be used to find the key factor which has influence on the customer satisfaction.The overall satisfaction degree is worked out by the SPSS software and the customers’ individual characteristic differences is analyzed by the Independent-samples T test.The conclusion analysis is based on the data result which can be used to demonstrate and find support for the hypothesis.At last,it will offer suggestions on the development of Wuhan community clinics and analyze the prospect according to the Empirical research findings and mature experience of the community clinic abroad. |
