Since the implementation of the new model of combining medical care with old-age care in China in 2014,major cities have made rapid progress and achieved remarkable results in the establishment of the new model.Under this background,the DQ medical care facilities as a private medical center,since its establishment in the medical specialist team,the medical care personnel construction,the improvement of the medical equipment made a more significant effect,but with the country to medical have combined with the continuous improvement of the old-age service policy,endowment new pattern and diversified environment,DQ medical care facilities now faced with how to optimize endowment service quality,promoting the comprehensive service capabilities of medical care facilities,improve the system of the management of medical care facilities,to create excellent corporate culture,fostering good medical combine new endowment service environment,improving customer satisfaction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for DQ Medical care Center to master the satisfaction survey of elderly care service.Meanwhile,it is urgent to carry out this survey and study in order to comprehensively grasp the satisfaction degree of existing and potential customers for the elderly care service of DQ Medical care Center.Based DQ medical center,based on the basic theory of management science,sociology,psychology and other disciplines,using the method of questionnaire investigation,expert interview and so on,from the introduction of DQ medical care facilities,human resources,management system and cost standard,in the elderly aspects this paper expounds the DQ medical care facilities provide for the aged service status,and summarized the present stage DQ medical center specific problems of the pension service model.According to the investigation and analysis of the status quo and problems of DQ medical care center,the questionnaire of customer satisfaction was designed mainly from the aspects of environment,equipment,personnel and management system.Through the appropriate time and method,the specific survey of customers in a specific market and the survey of staff in DQ Medical and nursing Center was carried out.The specific questionnaire results were classified and summarized with the help of statistical software,and the influencing factors of customer satisfaction were analyzed by establishing an ordered Logistic regression model.On this basis,combining with the developed countries and domestic developed area endowment service satisfaction of the experience and revelation,puts forward the concrete countermeasures about ascension endowment service satisfaction,including build good cultural environment,stable professional medical personnel,establish and improve the management rules and regulations and innovation of medical fees,etc.Countermeasures and Suggestions.
