The study of digital technology,high simulation,strong somatosensory,is conducive to neurosurgery minimally invasive surgeon training in surgical training system technology and devices in neurosurgery success rate.Professional surgeon training has significant research and practical significance.Because of the complexity of the brain structure,neurosurgery involves a wide range.Current domestic study mainly focus on the deformation of soft tissue,bleeding and force feedback module.There is no mature surgical tool design techniques and real-time rendering of surgical procedures.To solve above problems,based on the study of tissue deformation,bleeding,force feedback module,the dissertation focuses on functional design and real-time rendering of surgical tools,designing and developing virtual surgery software for neurosurgery with Unity3 D.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1.To improve the high simulation of virtual surgery process and to achieve real-time rendering,in the dissertation,a real-time rendering algorithm for surgical cutting is designed,which solves the problem of cut texture distortion in the cutting process,and effectively improves the virtual reality.2.A collision detection algorithm based on AABB and Mesh Collider is proposed.Based on the AABB bounding volume tree,the bounding box of the contact point with the Mesh Collider is searched downward until the detection method that all the contact points are not in the bounding box or the contact point intersects with the leaf node of bounding volume tree to obtain the collision detection result.3.The function of the main surgical instruments such as bipolar coagulation,cotton flake and scalpel is designed.Surgical tools based on collision detection could find accurate contact points,changing the structure of the surgical object model and texture,which effect the surgical function where surgical tools can be used in conjunction with each other.4.Design and development of virtual surgery training software integrates the basic surgical training module and tumor resection module.Surgical base modules enable surgeons to be skilled in using surgical tools.Tumor resection module is mainly used surgical tools for tumor resection training,use and in-depth understanding of tumor resection process.The virtual surgery training software designed in the dissertation shows that it has a more realistic surgical training environment and surgical procedure,accurate and efficient collision detection,abundant surgical tool function,and basic training module and targeted training module,The medical training of staff training needs. |
