| Objective1、The study by long snake moxibustion therapy of modern clinical literature were collected and statistical analysis, to establish the appropriate disease spectrum of long snake moxibustion therapy and seek the law of the operation of long snake moxibustion therapy and provide a theoretical basis for the long snake moxibustion therapy in clinical application and further clinical research.2、By observating the clinical curative effect of long snake moxibustion suitable disease, chronic fatigue syndrome at different time points,research the chronergy of modified long snake moxibustion combined with acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and symptoms, for exploring new method and providing new ideas of chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods1、Literature analysis:Computer retrieved Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), the Chinese knowledge resources database which is China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China academic journal full text database, Chinese outstanding doctoral and master’s theses full text database, Chinese journal full text database, Cochrane Library, PubMed, VIP Chinese journal full text database (VIP), Wanfang Data Resource System (WF).Find out about long snake moxibustion therapy clinical research literature, in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature, the literature were artificial reading and was obtained by screening the literature.the name and system of diseases are based on the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10) and 《State Standard of the People’s Republic of China·Clinical terminology of traditional Chinese Medicine·Disease Part)).And literature information:title, author, types of literature, journal name,book age, the name of the diseases, belongs to the system, pattern of syndrome, the name of treatment group and control group, application site,the spreading moxibustion medicine,time and course of therapy, efficacy evaluation, input excel and to establish a database for statistical analysis.2、Clinical research:Choose 39 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type according with the inclusion criteria,who employed the modified long snake moxibustion combined with conventional acupuncture treatment.Treatment 3 times a week,2 weeks for one period of treatment,evaluate curative effect after four courses.By observing the integral changes of the spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome scale,Fatigue severity scale(FSS),physical and mental health report (SPHERE) after each course,evaluate the curative effect.Consequence1、Literature analysis:The literature analysis of a total of 165 papers were included in the 11 categories of disease systems,36 kinds of diseases.The top three of the disease systems and literature constituent ratio in order were musculoskeletal and connective tissue disease system 64.85%、respiratory disease 11.52%、mental and behavioral disorders 6.06%. Sort according to the number of diseases,the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases were the most(25%),followed by respiratory disease 16.67%, digestive system diseases 13.89%, urinary and reproductive system diseases 11.11%.There were five kinds of long snake moxibustion advantage diseases:ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, postpartum body pain.Long snake moxibustion advantage syndrome type:cold damp stagnation syndrome, deficiency of kidney yang, deficiency of lung and kidney, deficiency of both the spleen and kidney, deficiency of Qi, deficiency of kidney and cold coagulation syndrome, Qi deficiency and exogenous syndrome.Separated moxibustion materials were in the majority of ginger、garlic、cinnamomum cassia、muskiness、syzygium aromaticum、herba asari cum radice、ligusticum wallichi、cantharides、cantharis、 monkshood、monkshood.The snake moxibustion operation time in 2-3 zhuang and 30-60min was in the majority.The most commonly used treatment course was 1 times a months, a total of 3 months, followed by 1 times one weeks, a total of 3 months.2、Clinical research:(1)The comparison among different courses,the integral difference of the yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney,FSS,SPHEREwas statistically significant, P＜0.01. (2) Each course of treatment compared with before treatment,the integral differences of the yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney,FSS and SPHERE were statistically significant,P<0.01.(3)Each course of treatment compared with previous course,there was no significant statistically difference in the SPHERE scores between second course and third course, T=1.476,P=0.148>0.05.The integral differences of the yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney and FSS were statistically significant,P<0.01.(4)Comparison of symptom scores of the deficiency of the spleen and kidney in the courses of treatment:①The integral differences of aversion to cold, lassitude and fatigue, shortness of breath and lazy words, anorexia, soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold pain in the waist, abdominal distension, night urine clear long had statistical significance,P=0.000<0.01.There was no significant difference between courses in the watery stool,P=0.163>0.05.②The integral differences of aversion to cold, lassitude and fatigue, shortness of breath and lazy words, anorexia, soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold pain in the waist, abdominal distension, night urine clear long is statistically significant after a course of treatment,2 courses,3 courses, four course of treatment,P< 0.05. After 3 courses of treatment,the difference of stool dilute was statistically significant P=0.049<0.05.After 4 courses of treatment, the differences of stool dilute was not statistically significant in stool dilute,P=0.071>0.05.③In the treatment of 1 courses to 2 courses, the differences of lassitude and fatigue, shortness of breath and lazy words, cold pain in the waist were statistically significant,P<0.05.In the treatment of 2 courses to 3 courses, the differences of soreness and weakness of waist and knees were statistically significant,P＜0.05.In the treatment of 3 courses to 4 courses, the differences of lassitude and fatigue, shortness of breath and lazy words, anorexia were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion1、Literature analysis:The diseases which treated by long snake moxibustion were more concentrated in the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases, respiratory diseases, mental and behavioral disorders, diseases of the digestive system, urinary and reproductive system diseases.Types of syndrome which were applied to long snake moxibustion were mainly to yang deficiency syndrome、cold syndrome、 syndrome of deficiency of QI,and mainly related to the internal organs of the lung, spleen, kidney.2、Clinical research:Modified long snake moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic fatigue syndrome in the symptom of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and fatigue level and physical and mental health had improved significantly.Onset time was 2 weeks,the course of treatment was positively correlated with the curative effect.It is worth further study and clinical application. |
