| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and security of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary slow flow.Methods:Choose 46 patients in line with western medicine coronary slow flow (CSF) diagnostic criteria and TCM Blood Stasis Syndrome from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into observation group (23 cases) and control group (23 cases). Compared with conventional western treatment, the observation group on the basis of western medicine for Compound Danshen Dripping Pills.4 weeks after treatment, Using SPSS 19.0 statistical data analysis, P< 0.05 is statistically significant. Compare the curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment in severity of angina pectoris, the ECG, the TCM syndrome and the serum homocysteine.Results:1.In severity of angina pectoris, the total effective of observation group was 82.61%, in the control group was 52.17%, two groups of patients have a significant difference(P< 0.05);2.The ECG curative effect, the efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group (P< 0.05);3.The curative effect of TCM syndrome (the type of stagnation of heart blood)and its integral, The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P< 0.05);4. The curative effect of serum homocysteine:the two groups were decreased, but no statistical difference(P> 0.05);5.The two groups of patients showed no obvious abnormality in the blood routine, Stool routine, urine routine and liver and kidney function tests, and have no abnormalities before and after treatment.Conclusion:Compound Danshen Dripping Pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary slow flow (the type of stagnation of heart blood) patients can significantly improve clinical symptoms, improve clinical efficacy, safety and reliability. |
