The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Modified Liu Wei Di Huang Decoction Had Application In The Treatment Of Patients With Chemotherapy-induced Thrombocytopenia

Objective:Chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia is a common problem in cancer patients. At present, there is no relevant guidance to guide the treatment of these patients.Aside from bleeding risk,thrombocytopenia limits chemotherapy dose and frequency. This study is based on the experience of professor Li who summarizes it from clinical treatment. Its aim is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of "Modified Liu Wei Di Huang Decoction" in the treatment of patients after chemotherapy with platelet count<100* 109/L, and provide clinical evidence.Methods:According to their order of treatment,90 patients from affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine be divided into the treatment group and the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data. The treatment group was treated with Modified Liu Wei Di Huang Decoction, Another group using LeukogenTablets.The course of treatment was 14 days.Observing the changes of platelet count in fourth days, seventh days, tenth days, fourteenth days and twenty-first days after treatment and Comparing with the two groups the treatment of KPS score, TCM syndrome points to change the situation and Evaluating after treatment of heart liver and kidney function and adverse reactions.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of "Modified Liu Wei Di Huang Decoction".Results:(1)After treatment,In improving level of platelet count, shorten platelet reduce time, accelerate the platelet recovery, reduce the probability of recurrence, reduce blood transfusion, increase KPS score and improve the TCM syndrome Such aspect treatment group were better than the control group.The difference has statistical significance(p<0.05).(2)In (he treatment group,there were six patients with adverse reaction of I degree.However,it is not serious,no influence on the results,and it can release by itself.There were no obvious heart,liver and kidney function toxicity in the two group after trement.Conclusion:"Modified Liu Wei Di Huang Decoction"can improve the level of platelet count, shorten the time of platelet reduction, accelerate the recovery of the platelet, reduce platelet transfusion, reduce the economic burden of patients.While it can improve symptoms in TCM of patients,relieve the pain of patients, improve patients’quality of life, but this study was relatively short time, the need to extend the observation time and eliminate interference factors, in order to observe its long-term efficacy and safety, to make more accurate evaluation.
