933 Nursing Undergraduate Study And Analysis Of The Core Competence

Purpose:This study was aimed to by nursing core ability of 933 nursing undergraduates were investigated, to know the core competence of nursing students, for the teaching reform and nursing students’ core ability training to provide reference and reasonable suggestion.Method: The compiled by Liu Ming, the core of registered nurses in China can force table , a school of nursing undergraduate class of 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014,933 nursing students’ core competence of nurses were investigated to understand nursing students’ core ability and cultivation.Result: The core competencies of the 933 nursing students.The class of 2011 students, the core competence of the nurse to an average of2.82±0.39; Core ability of nursing students of grade 2012 students scored an average of 2.44 ±0.50/2.80 ± 0.29; Core ability of nursing students of grade 2013 students scored an average of 2.21 ± 0.43 /2.43 ± 0.48; Class of 2014 students of nursing students core ability score of1.99 ± 0.53/2.10 ± 0.55respectively. There are differences in the core competencies of all grades, students’ core competence is positively related to the grade of the students, and P<0.05 has statistical significance.Conclusion:Between different grades, there are differences in the core competencies of nurses, and after different professional learning, professional guidance and professional training has a correlation. It can be seen that the nursing undergraduate nursing core ability training is a gradual process, should be fully paid attention to. For nursing colleges, core competence as undergraduate nursing evaluation standards, and even the level of the care and education of the school’s assessment standards, and constantly promote the teaching reform, improve the core competence of nursing undergraduates, to highlight the advantages of undergraduate nursing education is imperative.
