| Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the core competence of undergraduate nursing professionals that can meet the development of China’s strategic health cause and conform to the development trend of new medical science,investigate the current status of the core competence of undergraduate nursing professionals,and provide reference for improving the quality of undergraduate nursing talents training under the background of new medical science and better serving the strategy of healthy China.Methods:This study is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is the determination of the core competence survey index of undergraduate nursing professionals under the background of new medical science in Healthy China.The second part is a survey of the current situation of the core competence of undergraduate nursing professionals under the new medical background of Healthy China.1.Literature analysis: Referring to domestic and foreign literatures related to Health China and the construction of new medical sciences,training of nursing undergraduate talents,evaluation standards of higher nursing education,and core competence of nurses,and combining with National Standards for Nursing Teaching Quality,the core competence index of undergraduate nursing professionals under the background of new medical sciences in Health China was preliminarily formulated.2.Semi-structured interview: Interviews were conducted with nursing education experts,teaching management leaders in universities and clinical nursing teaching ma nagement leaders and medical experts in provincial first-class hospitals,to understand their understanding of the core competencies required by undergraduate nursing prof essionals under the background of Healthy China New medicine and their clinical nee ds,so as to further supplement and improve the core competency indicators.3.Delphi method: Select experts in related fields for two rounds of corresponden ce consultation according to the napping-ranking standard,and determine the survey i ndex of the core competence of undergraduate nursing professionals after adding or m odifying the evaluation index combined with the opinions of experts and the index scr eening principle.4.Analytic hierarchy Process(AHP): SPSSAU statistical software is used to cal culate the weight,combined weight and consistency coefficient of indicators at all lev els through AHP.5.Questionnaire survey: The questionnaire was prepared and designed by oursel ves.Cronbach’s α coefficient was used for reliability test and content validity test was used for validity test.Objective sampling method was used to investigate the status q uo of core competence among nursing undergraduates.Item correlation is expressed b y correlation coefficient.Results:1.Literature analysis: The survey indicators of the core competence of undergra duate nursing professionals with 45 sub-abilities in six core competence areas,namely,human-centered nursing,interdisciplinary teamwork,evidence-based practice,qualit y improvement,informatics,values and traits,were preliminatively drawn up.2.Semi-structured interview: A total of 10 nursing education experts,teaching m anagement leaders in colleges and universities and clinical nursing teaching managem ent leaders and medical experts in provincial third-class hospitals were selected for int erviews.After sorting out and analyzing the interview data,On the basis of the origin al indicators,four secondary indicators are added: "compound knowledge structure an d knowledge integration and application ability","emergency treatment and first aid a bility","time management" and "lifelong learning".3.Delphi method: The authority degree of the two rounds of expert letter consult ation is 0.88 and 0.89 respectively.The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert letter consultation ranged from 0.265 to 0.282,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Finally,the core competence index of undergraduate nursing professionals ba sed on the six core competence areas and 39 sub-competence under the background o f new medical science in Healthy China was determined.4.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP): the weights of first-level indicators were:human-centered nursing(0.315),interdisciplinary teamwork(0.144),evidence-based practice(0.114),quality improvement(0.118),informatics(0.050),values and traits(0.260);The top 4 secondary index weights were: understanding the effective operati on mechanism of the team(0.080),cognitive and clinical decision-making ability(0.052),having systematic theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing(0.046),a nd awareness of interdisciplinary teamwork(0.046).The consistency ratio CR of all i ndexes ranged from 0.000 to 0.052,all < 0.1.5.Questionnaire survey: The scores of nursing undergraduates in 6 core compete nce areas are as follows: People-centered nursing(2.57±0.66),interdisciplina-ry tea mwork(2.69±0.70),evidence-based practice(2.77±0.78),quality improvement(2.61±0.73),informatics(2.65±0.78),values and traits(2.37±0.74).The correlation analysi s results showed that the correlation coefficient r between the six core competence are as and the whole questionnaire ranged from 0.746 to 0.941(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Through literature research and expert correspondence consultation,the core c ompetence index of undergraduate nursing professionals under the background of ne w medical science in Healthy China was obtained,including 39 sub-competencies in six competence areas,namely,human-centered nursing,evidence-based practice,qual ity improvement,informatics and personal traits.2.The source of core competence indicators in this study is scientific and reason able,and the elements of core competence are comprehensive;The authority and repr esentativeness of experts consulted by correspondence are good,and the results of cor respondence consultation are reliable.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy proces s is used to calculate the weights of all levels of indicators to reduce the influence of s ubjective factors of experts.3.The results of the questionnaire show that there is a strong correlation between the six core competence areas,and the core competence of nursing undergraduates is generally at an average level.Among them,the performance in the field of personal tr ait ability is better;People-centered nursing ability and quality improvement ability ar e relatively weak.Interdisciplinary teamwork ability,evidence-based practice ability and informatics ability are relatively lacking.In the field of human-centered nursing a bility,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of compound knowledge structure a nd knowledge integration and application ability of undergraduate nursing talents.In t he field of evidence-based practice ability,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of transformation innovation ability,scientific research consciousness and ability of u ndergraduate nursing professionals;In the field of quality improvement ability,it is n ecessary to strengthen the cultivation of nursing coordination,resource planning and management ability of undergraduate nursing professionals;In the field of informatic s ability,it is necessary to improve the cognition and familiarity of undergraduate nur sing professionals with the development and application of new medical technology,a nd cultivate the informatiz-ation ability of nursing practice. |
