Analysis Of Blood Donation Without Compensation And Clinical Blood Collection And Supply From 2012 To 2015 In Fuyang City

Objective: Based on the analysis of blood donation without compensation and clinical blood collection and supply in Fuyang blood center during 2012-2015,to explore reasonable blood collection and supply.Meanwhile,targeted propaganda and recruitment is implemented to expand blood sources and ease the contradiction between supply and demand of clinical blood consumption so as to ensure the security,timeliness and efficiency of blood.Through seasonal analysis on blood collection and supply,new sustainable mode of blood collection and supply is discussed and corresponding suggestions are proposed on promotion of solutions to the “blood shortage” phenomenon nationwide to promote the development of voluntary blood donation cause.Methods:(1)Through summary of information stored in the Tangshan Qi’ao Blood Station 9.0 Information System,statistical analysis is performed on the data of blood collection and supply and blood that were transferred to other localities in Fuyang Central Blood Station from 2012 to 2015;(2)allocation situation of health resources in Fuyang Central Blood Station from 2012 to 2015 is investigated.Results:(1)The total amount of blood collected from 2012 to 2015 gradually decreases year by year;the amount of blood collection in January,July and August is lower than annual average amount of blood collection and they are the off seasons of blood collection;(2)From 2012 to 2015,red blood cells>plasma>platelet>cryoprecipitate in accumulated blood supply in Fuyang;the consumption of whole blood gradually decreases year by year while the consumption of red blood cells and cryoprecipitate gradually increases year by year;(3)The amount of blood collection decreases year by year with the highest amount in 2012 and the lowest amount in 2015.In the monthly analysis on amount of blood collection and supply,the proportion in blood collections seasons from March to June is over 100%;(4)The structural allocation of health resources in Fuyang Central Blood Station cannot satisfy the demand of development of blood collection and supply;(5)Targeted recruitment strategies are performed on different professions and different group structures.Conclusion:(1)There are many reasons for the decline of blood collection in 2012-2015,among which the lack of publicity and the adjustment of the structure of blood taking in 2012 played an important role.(2)The increase of the content of the ingredient blood is related to the standard of clinical blood transfusion technology and the improvement of medical treatment level.But in recent years,the increase in plasma levels may be related to the wrong use of blood in clinical medicine.(3)The recruitment of volunteers in street is the main way of blood collection in 2012-2015,affected by seasonal factors,and the clinical use of blood is not affected by the seasons,so the blood and blood supply contradiction.
