ObjectiveTo grasp the exposure of risk factors of pre-pregnancy and pregnant women in our city, carry out the follow-up of pregnancy outcome, understand the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome, explore the relationship between risk factors and adverse pregnancy outcomes, and provide basic data and theoretical basis for pre-pregnancy health care of women of childbearing age.MethodsIn In this study, pregnancy couples in Jinan of childbearing age in line with fertility policy were randomly selected by the combination of cluster sampling and random sampling method according to the proportion of the population.Cross-sectional studies on couples of childbearing age,chi-square test and logistic regression analysis of the relationship between related factors and adverse pregnancy outcomes were conducted.A database was established using Epidata 3.1,and SPSS 19.0 was used to statistically analyze prenatal exposure and pregnancy outcome factors.ResultsThrough the investigation of 2831 women of childbearing age,we found the top 5main exposure in Jinan of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy are fumes(51.54%),frequent use of electronic products(47.47%),make-up(33.03%),passive smoking(23.1%),and low education background of and below junior high school(19.5%).There are 2831 women with effective pregnancy information in this survey. The number of adverse pregnancy outcome is 228,and the incidence rate is about 8.05%.Among them, the top 3 are spontaneous abortion in 106 cases(3.74%),preterm birth in 29 cases(1.02%),and macrosomia in 26 cases(0.92%).While birth defects in 18 cases, the incidence rate is0.64%.The risk factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes were age ? 35 years old(X~2=88.595,P<0.001),low education background(X~2=96.364,P<0.001),passive smoking(X~2=4.082,P<0.05),BMI(X~2=17.192,P<0.001),thyrotropin abnormalities(X~2=19.831,P<0.001).Through analysis by multivariate logistic regression analysis, the outcome of adverse pregnancy is related to the age ?35 years(OR=1.100,95%CI:1.074~1.128),education back ground(OR=1.919,95%CI:1.540~2.391),BMI(OR=1.929,95%CI:1.022 ~ 3.642),passive smoking(OR=1.668,95%CI : 1.086 ~ 2.562)and thyrotropin abnormalities(OR=1.272,95%CI:1.013~1.597).ConclusionThe main types of adverse pregnancy outcomes are spontaneous abortion, premature birth, and macrosomia.Through health checks and risk assessment, the main exposure of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy women of childbearing age in Jinan City are long-term exposure to fumes, frequent use of electronic products, frequent make-up,passive smoking and and low education background of and below junior high school.advanced age, education, passive smoking, high body mass index and thyrotropin abnormalities are risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes.
