| Objective:To analysis the incidence and influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes of couples of childbearing age in Muyang County,Jiangsu Province from January 1,2016 to December 31,2016,to explore the risk factors,and to provides scientific evidence for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of adverse pregnancy outcomes and free pre-pregnancy settings.Methods:Questionnaire survey of 6237 couples of childbearing age who participated in the free pre-pregnancy eugenics examination from January 1,2016 to December 31,2016in Muyang County,Jiangsu Province(including basic information,early pregnancy follow-up record form,pregnancy outcome registration form,and birth defects)Registration form),physical examination(height,weight,blood pressure,etc.)and laboratory tests(hepatitis B,urine routine,B-ultrasound,etc.).Data analysis was performed by SPSS22.0 software statistical analysis.The usage rate or composition ratio of counting data was used.Theχ~2 test was used for comparison between groups.The influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes were analyzed by two-class logistic regression analysis.Results:1.From January 1st to December 31st,2016,212 cases of adverse pregnancy outcomes occurred in the couples of childbearing age in Puyang County,with an incidence rate of 3.40%.From the incidence of various adverse pregnancy outcomes,mainly spontaneous abortion(2.13%),medical abortion(0.63%),premature delivery(0.18%),low birth weight(0.13%),therapeutic induction(0.11%),birth defects(0.11%),stillbirth(0.06%),ectopic pregnancy(0.05%).2.The univariate analysis of the factors affecting the target population showed that the husband’s occupation,wife’s occupation,wife’s injection of vaccine,wife’s injection of hepatitis B vaccine,wife’s folic acid intake,wife’s folic acid intake,wife’s regular menstruation,husband’s smoking,There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the husband’s smoking number and the wife’s drinking group(P<0.05).3.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that wife drinking(OR=8.258,1.690-40.361)was the main risk factor for the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes among local couples of childbearing age;while wife was engaged in housework(OR=0.210,0.052-0.844),wife Menstrual regularity(OR=0.295,0.174-0.501)and folic acid(OR=0.734,0.556-0.968)were the main protective factors.Conclusion:1.The adverse pregnancy outcomes of couples in childbearing age in Muyang County were mainly natural abortion.The incidence of overall adverse pregnancy outcome was 3.40%,which was lower than other areas in the same period.2.The proportion of folic acid not used by couples in the child-rearing period in Muyang County is 46.45%,suggesting that the publicity and education of the perinatal health knowledge of the couples of childbearing age should be strengthened.3.Wife drinking is the main risk factor for the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the couples of childbearing age in Muyang County;while the wife is engaged in housework,the regularity of the wife’s menstruation,and the wife’s taking folic acid as the main protective factor. |
