Development Of Report Outcomes (PRO) Pre Scale On The Traditional Diabetic Vitreous Hemorrage

Objective:The development of Mongolian medicine of diabetic vitreous hemorrhage(PRO)patients report outcomes pre scale.Methods: according to the U.S.Food and Drug Administration(FDA)based on patient reported outcomes(PRO)the provisions of the principle of making scale,the temperature Dousen Austria that Mongolian medicine as a guide,the establishment of research and discussion groups,through literature research,case review,patient interviews,expert interview to collect data through the item pool expert questionnaire and patient questionnaire.Finally,using expert importance rating method,discrete trend method,regression analysis method,the Krone Bach coefficient method,factor analysis method of five methods of statistical data screening items,statistics of the above five methods after three or more than three kinds of statistical methods to reach the standard of entry into the pre scale,report the patients with diabetic vitreous hemorrhage the outcome of the pre scale(PRO).Results: a total of 39 entries were selected by literature study,which was consistent with the PRO scale.A total of 53 items were selected by the retrospective study of medical records in accordance with the PRO scale screening criteria,of which the entries of the 28 items were duplicated with the articles in the literature,and the new entries appeared in total of 25 items.A total of 53 items were obtained through patient interviews,of which 38 items were duplicated with the articles of literature review and retrospective study of medical records,and the total number of new entries was 15.A total of 7 entries were obtained through expert interviews.A total of 86 entries were obtained by the above four methods,with a total of 57 entries in the study group and panel discussion in accordance with the criteria for the PRO.57 items were used to make an expert questionnaire and a patient questionnaire,and finally,after using the five methods to select the item,a report on the outcome of the patients with diabetic vitreous hemorrhage(PRO)was established with the objective of 46 items.Conclusion: the study of Mongolian medicine has developed diabetic vitreous hemorrhage patient reported outcomes(PRO)pre scale analysis,the next step for the plan feasibility scale laid the foundation of reliability and validity assessment.
