| Objectives:To observe the serum adiponectin and changes of blood lipid levels of Shen Fu Tang the therapy on patients of the type phlegm and blood stasis type of chronic glomerulonephritis with hyperlipidemia,to explore the possible ways of treating chronic nephritis with traditional Chinese medicine,and lay the foundation for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods:?66 cases of patients with the type Chronic nephritis with hyperlipidemia and tranditional Chinese medicine's syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were enrolled as the object of study,and they were divided into the control group by Simple random method.and experimental group;?Patients in the control group were treated with all western medicine,and patients in the experimental group were added Shen Fu Tang therapy on the basis of pure western medicine,and all the patients had a course of 1 month.?Observe the value of the rate of serum adiponectin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration,serum urea nitrogen,24 hour urine protein quantitation change when the treatment were at the beginning and end.Results:?66 patients diagnosed with chronic nephritis complicated with hyperlipidemia have been included in the study(33 cases in control group,33 cases in experimental group).Each index of the two groups were not significantly different from those before thetreatment(P>0.05).?The total effective rate of the two groups of clinical total curative effect was 86.6%and 60.0%after treatment,respectively.Comparatively speaking,the experimental group was better than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).So Shen Fu Tang combined with western medicine foundation treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type chronic nephritis with hyperlipidemia is superior to that of simple western medicine.?The total effective rate of the two groups of TCM syndromes was 8 0%and 60%,respectively.And there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of symptom integral were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).? The level of the experimental group's TC,TG,HDL,LDL,apolipoprotein B after treatment was significant difference compared with the level before treatment(P<0.05),the level of TC,TG,HDL,LDL after treatment had highly significant difference of the experimental group(P<0.01),however,there was no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL,LDL,apolipoprotein A,apolipoprotein B,lipoprotein a(P>0.05)in the control group.?Before treatment,the chronic nephritis group,s serum ADPN was significantly lower than that in healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).?The serum ADPN level in patients with no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the serum ADPN levels in the experimental group was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.01),the control group was not statistically significant after treatment(P>0.05).?The serum ADPN level was negatively correlated with TC,HDL,LDL and apolipoprotein B(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation with TG and 24h urinary protein(P>0.05).Conclusions:?It has an exact effect on patients with phlegm and blood stasis type chronic nephritis with hyperlipidemia and tranditional Chinese medicine's syndrome differentiation of Shen Fu Tang.?Compared with health group,the serum ADPN in the patients is significantly lower.?The Shen Fu Tang to treat phlegm and blood stasis type chronic nephritis patients with hyperlipidemia in the clinical curative effect is superior to western medicine alone.?The level of the patients' serum TC,TG,HDL,LDL,apolipoprotein B can be significantly dicsended and elevated serum ADPN levels by Shen Fu Tang,which indicates that it has obvious advantages in hyperlipidemia. |
