| Objective:Objective to study the clinical effect of the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with PFNA.Methods:This study included in the Department of orthopedics from December 2015 to March 2016 southeast Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University of PL A Hospital patients met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in 60 patients,according to the order of time in hospital,using the random number table method,the patients were divided into treatment group(A group)and control group(group B).Each of the 30 cases.Gushukang capsule orally for first days after operation in the treatment group,the control group was given Caltrate D tablets,taking 3 consecutive months.All fractures were treated by internal fixation with PFNA in traction bed.Before surgery,two groups of patients were recorded.The serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP5b)were observed in two groups at postoperative day first and postoperative follow-up.Distal radius bone mineral density(BMD).The Harris score of hip joint was recorded at third,6 and 12 months after operation.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery(gender,age,fracture classification and follow-up time)(P>0.05),the two groups were followed up.After 3 months of treatment,serum Ca,P changes,the treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),serum Ca,P of the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group;after 3 months of treatment BALP,TRACP5b changes,the treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),BALP,TRACP5b of the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group;after 3 months of treatment,the change of BMD,the treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),BMD of the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group;compare the score of hip joint function Harris 3,6,12 month after treatment,the treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the function of hip joint treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion:Gushukang capsule can improve the femoral intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA biochemical indexes of bone metabolism,increase bone density,improve hip function,is safe and effective,economical and practical,has good clinical value. |
