Clinical Observation And Serum AGEs Level Research On The Tteatment Of Diabetic Retinopathy With Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Method Combined Laser

Objective:Through clinical efficacy comparison between the simple laser treatment and traditional Chinese medicine combined laser treatment on diabetic retinopathy(DR),and serum advanced glycation end products(AGEs)observation of patients before and after treatment,this topic explored traditional Chinese medicine and laser treatment of effect on clinical efficary and serum AGEs of patients with DR from the viewpoint of cell biology,which will provide effective and reasonable theoretical basis for DR clinical treatment.Methods:This research selected cases the endocrinology doctors and eye doctor diagnosed as diabetic retinopathy.58 cases with Ⅲ-Ⅴ of DR(the Syndrome is Qi and Yin Deficiency with Blood Stasis)were selected according to diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and divided into the treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine with laser therapy)and control group(simple laser treatment).Treatment group 30 cases(42 eyes),applicated traditional Chinese medicine(Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction)with retinal laser photocoagulation treatment,laser once every seven days,a total of four times,at the same time with a daily dose of Chinese traditional medicine,2 weeks for a period of treatment,for 4 weeks;Control group(40 eyes),accepted only laser treatment,once every seven days,a total of four times,treatment of 4 weeks.Selected patients were performed relevant indicators exam before and after treatment.By observing two groups before and after treatment in patients with best corrected visual acuity and fundus fluorescence angiography and macular edema and serum AGEs content,it was to analyze the effect and serum AGEs of two groups of treatment,then made the corresponding conclusion.Results:1.General data comparison results:the treatment group and control group before treatment of gender,age,the best corrected visual acuity,macular edema and disease degree had no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.2.The best corrected visual acuity comparison results:the treatment group and control group before treatment there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);Compared with before treatment respectively after treatment,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment two groups of best corrected visual acuity improved total effective rate were 97.6%,72.5%respectively,differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).3.FFA examination results:treatment:group and control group after treatment,retinal hemorrhage,oozy,microaneurysm absorption and new blood vessels retreat of effective rate were 92.9%and 92.9%respectively,differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Macular edema comparison results:macular edema absorption efficcccient in treatment group and control group after treatment were 100%,71.0%respectively,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the two groups after treatment the whole medical effect comparison results:the effectiveness of the treatment group Ⅲ-Ⅴ of diabetic retinopathy in each phase treatment were higher than the control group;The treatment group and control group total effective rate have 85.7%,67.5%respectively,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Serum AGEs content comparison results:the treatment group and control group before treatment difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05);Treatment group after treatment compared with before difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group after treatment compared with before difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05),and after treatment compared two groups differences have statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the pure laser treatment,traditional Chinese medicine with laser therapy can better improve the patients best corrected visual acuity,promotes retinal hemorrhage,oozy,microaneurysm absorption and new blood vessels retreat,promotes macular oedema absorption.Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method therapy can cut diabetes retina patients serum AGEs level,it could be one of the therapy mechanism that Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method combined laser treatment is better than simple laser treatment on diabetic retinopathy.
