| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome(PMS)by random observation.Method:1.According to the randomized control,the 60 patients with PMS were divided into experimental group and control group(n = 30).2.The experimental group for the acupuncture treatment,received acupuncture of "Spirit-regulation formula",which include Sishencong,Shenting,Yintang,Neiguan double,Sanyinjiao double.From the end of menstruation,every other day,3 times a week,3 weeks for a course of treatment or menstrual cramps after a course of treatment,a total of 3 menstrual cycle treatment.3.After completion of the treatment,the observation group and Oryzanol Tablets group,metality according to the difference of curative effect,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)change to determine the efficacy.Results:1.There was significant difference in SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05);The two groups were treated with different treatments,before and after treatment between groups and within groups in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,daytime dysfunction and other symptoms comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and hypnosis between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).2.In the experimental group,8 cases were cured,14 cases were effective,5 cases improved and 3 cases were ineffective.In the control group,5 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,10 cases improved and 7 cases were ineffective.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the treatment comparison,the clinical effect of acupuncture on the treatment to PMS was significantly better than the Oryzanol Tablets,also after treatment,less side effects are worth promoting. |
