BBT In Premenstrual Patients And The Clinical Study Of Bushenyangyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Qi Asthenia And Asthenia Heat Premenstrual

Objective:1.To analyze the characteristics of basal body temperature of premenstrual patients at different ages through clinical investigation.2.By observing the therapeutic effect of bushenyangyin decoction on the treatment of shenqi deficiency and asthenia heat in the early menstrual period,the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of the early menstrual period was summarized,so as to provide theoretical basis and medication ideas for the treatment of the early menstrual period with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1.BBT scale was collected from patients with premenstrual period and the data were collected by statistical method.2.collectedin accordance with kidney deficiency and heat menstrual early diagnostic criteria of cases of 61 cases,were randomly divided into experimental group(kidney Yin soup group)31cases and control group(Yijing oral liquid group)30 cases,were observed after 3 course of treatment in two groups of patients the menstrual cycle,syndromes,symptoms,the therapeutic effect of basal body temperature,etc,and use SPSS software to the experimental data for statistical analysis.Results:1.Among adolescent patients,the proportion of monophasic BBT was the largest(about 29.71%).The proportion of all types of patients in the growth period was relatively uniform,among which,monophasic type accounted for 15.22%,luteal phase shortened 8.70%,and follicular phase shortened 7.25%.Among the patients with menopausal transition period,those with shortened follicular period accounted for the largest proportion(23.19%).2.31 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group were compared.There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After treatment,compared with the improvement of menstrual cycle,TCM syndrome score,and TCM syndrome efficacy,both groups had curative effect,and the effect of the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05,with statistical difference).4.After treatment,the number of single phase BBT in the experimental groupwas significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.5.For the patients with shortened follicular stage in the two groups,BBT cold phase days after treatment were significantly more in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was significant.6.For patients with shortened luteal phase in the two groups,the days of BBT hyperthermia phase in the two groups were higher after treatment than before treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference at P>0.05.Conclusion:The BBT expression of premenstrual patients at different age stages is different,the single-phase type is more common in adolescence,the two-phase type can be manifested as single-phase,follicular stage shortened or luteal stage shortened in the reproductive period,and the two-phase type is more common in the menopausal transition period as the follicular stage shortened.Tonifying kidney and nourishing Yin decoction is better than Yijing oral solution in prolonging menstrual cycle,improving clinical symptoms,promoting ovulation in unipolar BBT patients and prolonging follicular period and shortening follicular period in patients.It is suitable for clinical and promotion.
