The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Moxibust Ion-pressing Treatment Of Baihui On Insomnia With Heart And Spleen Deficiency

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of insomnia pressure deficiency of two,compared with compressive moxibustion on Baihui acupuncture and conventional acupuncture effect on insomnia of deficiency of two difference.To evaluate and discuss the effectiveness of pressure moxibustion Baihui acupuncture treatment of insomnia with deficiency of two,clinical research ideas and provide new data for the insomnia clinical acupuncture therapy in the treatment of deficiency of two.MethodsThis research project in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria to select 76 cases of deficiency of two patients were randomly divided into treatment group(pressure acupuncture combined with routine acupuncture)and control group(conventional treatment),38 cases in each group.Then observe the effect of clinical treatment,all patients were treated according to the established plan,1 times a day,a course of treatment for 10 days,a total of two treatment courses.Observe and record the two groups of subjects before and after treatment the total effective rate,symptom scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)changes in the level of integration,the clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.And after the end of the treatment,according to the indicators and clinical efficacy of the treatment before and after treatment scores were compared,and then use SPSS 22 for statistical analysis,the final quantitative results.ResultsThis topic according to the inclusion criteria 76 patients picking up the deficiency of two insomnia,study the implementation process,the treatment group had 3 cases of loss(due to treatment while taking drug interference quit),control group.3 cases(2 cases with poor compliance to treatment interruption,1 cases without interruption of treatment midway).The actual number of patients were observed in 70 cases.1.After treatment of 2 courses of treatment between the two groups,the control group total effective rate was 80%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.29%,the pressure in the treatment group with acupuncture and moxibustion Baihui clinical efficiency is superior to conventional acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of 2 integral TCM syndrome:results compared with before treatment were significantly improved in two groups after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the treatment group compared with the control group,the treatment group were superior to the control group,and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale scores comparison:after treatment,the two groups in the integral change,pressure moxibustion Baihui treatment group score in the amount of sleep time and sleep time effect were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),in the daytime function and sleep efficiency,the two groups there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1.pressure combined with moxibustion Baihui clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of insomnia in deficiency of two total efficiency,compared with only the traditional acupuncture group,moxibustion Baihui acupoint pressure will show that the combination of acupuncture and treatment of deficiency of two insomnia in clinical practice will have a better therapeutic effect.2.Insomnia 2 pressure moxibustion Baihui treatment of heart spleen two deficiency of TCM symptoms and reduce the effects of PSQI fraction was better than the traditional acupuncture group,showed that using this treatment improved symptoms in patients with insomnia,improve the quality of life of patients.
