Objective: To research the clinical efficacy of Acupuncture and Baihui pressure moxibustion in the treatment of the Cervical Vertigo with the Syndrome of Phlegm-damp Blocking Middle Jiao, and to explore the mechanism of Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo, and provide a basis for clinical comprehensive prevention and treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods: 93 patients who met the inclusion criteria and the Chinese medicine was turbid and obstructive cervical vertigo were randomly divided into 3 groups,31 cases of moxibustion acupuncture group, acupuncture group and drug group.Moxibustion acupuncture group: Select cervical jiaji point C2-C6,Baihui,Fengchi(double),Fenglong(double),Yinlingquan(double),Baihui acupoints moxibustion method;Acupuncture group: Select the same acupuncture points as the moxibustion acupuncture group.Continuous treatment 5 times a week and 2 days off,a week for 1course of treatment,2courses of treatment.Drug group: betahistine mesylate tablets,1 tablet each time,3 times a day.All patients underwent cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment before and after treatment, and the WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale scored to observe changes in the condition, and the clinical efficacy evaluation and TCM syndrome evaluation were evaluated in three groups. Results: The pre-treatment general conditions of gender, age, disease course, cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale,WHO quality of life measurement scale and TCM syndrome score were analyzed. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),After treatment, the indicators are as follows: 1.The three groups of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales were analyzed. The results showed that the symptoms and functional assessment scales of cervical vertigo in the acupuncture group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the acupuncture group and the drug group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment in the acupuncture group, the symptoms of cervical vertigo and functional assessment were improved to different degrees before treatment(P<0.05).2.The scores of WHO quality of life measurement scales after treatment were analyzed. After treatment, the scores of WHO quality of life measurement scales in the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the acupuncture group and the drug group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, the scores of WHO quality of life measurement scale after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparing the overall clinical efficacy of the patients from three groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acupuncture group of the moxibustion acupuncture group was compared with the general acupuncture group and the drug group, and the overall efficacy was compared with the acupuncture group alone. There was no significant difference in evaluation(P>0.05),and the overall efficacy evaluation was superior to the drug group(P<0.05).4.The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the three groups of patients was compared(P<0.05).The acupuncture group of the moxibustion acupuncture group was compared with the acupuncture group and the TCM syndromes of the drug group, and the acupuncture group was compared with the acupuncture group. There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome evaluation(P>0.05).Compared with the drug group, theoverall efficacy evaluation was better than the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms and functions of turbid middle-resistance cervical vertigo.(2)The quality of life of Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with acupuncture in patients with cervical vertigo improved in turbidity is significantly higher than that of acupuncture treatment and drug treatment alone.(3)Compared with simple acupuncture,Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with acupuncture has no significant difference in the overall clinical efficacy of treatment of turbidity and obstructive cervical vertigo, but it is higher than the overall clinical efficacy of drug treatment.(4)The effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of Baihui pressure moxibustion combined with acupuncture is not obvious compared with simple acupuncture, but it is obviously superior to drug treatment. |
