Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods: The subjects were from January 2014 to June 2016,Anhui Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of 103 cases of sinusitis patients.The patients were divided into Chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps,Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,Fungal ball group according to the pathological classification.As for healthy controls,46 cases were chosen from our hospital medical center of healthy check-up.Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D concentration in peripheral blood was detected by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA.Treg cells were detected by FOXP3 flow cytometry.Statistical analysis was performed using software SPSS 19.0,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Result:The serum 25(OH)D levels in patients with peripheral blood were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and the results were compared between the two groups.Results Only chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps(CRSs NP)(14.3 ± 7.7)ng / ml,Chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSw NP)(15.8 ± 5.6)ng / ml,fungal sinusitis(FB)(14.4 ± 4.6)ng / ml and normal group(20.7 ± 10.3)ng /(P <0.05).One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the multiple-group mean of regulatory T-cell(treg)levels in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps,chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,Between the two groups.The results showed that only chronic sinusitis was not associated with nasal polyps(CRSs NP)(5.05 ± 1.2),chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSw NP)(5.0 ± 0.9),fungal sinusitis(FB)(4.9 ± 0.9)And the normal group(6..0 ± 1.2),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the vitamin D-deficient group(<20 ng / ml)and the vitamin D-sufficient group(≥20 ng / ml),the levels of T cells in vitamin D deficiency group were 4.9 ± 0.9 and 5.43 ± 0.7,The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(16.53 ± 6.9)ng / ml in the control group and 25(OH)D in the T-cell abnormal group,(13.95 ± 4.7)ng / ml,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the control group,the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and chronic rhinosinusitis and fungal spheroids were lower than those in the control group.Compared with the normal group of 25-hydroxyvitamin D,the level of Treg cells in peripheral blood was decreased in 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency group.Compared with normal Treg cells,the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in peripheral blood of Treg cells was decreased.From the results we can speculate that the body’s peripheral blood serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D low level and the incidence of sinusitis disease related.
