PurposeTo observe the effect of wheat grain moxibustion(WGN)on the chemotherapy-related fatigue of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its influence on hematological parameters,and to explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of WGN on chemotherapy-related side effects in order to play the advantages of Chinese medicine and WGN,For the chemotherapy-related cancer-related fatigue to provide effective and safe treatment.Patients and MethodA prospective,randomized controlled study was conducted in 60 patients with grade Ⅲ and IV NSCLC.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(control group)and control group(chemotherapy alone)The ratio of the two groups is 1:1.Both groups were treated with standard platinum-type combination of paclitaxel(chemotherapy regimen completed within three days,including DP,TP regimen)and symptomatic treatment(including Western medicine treatment and nutritional support,Chinese medicine treatment).The experimental group was added to the treatment of wheat moxibustion.Moxibustion moxibustion 1 day before the start of continuous use for 7 days to Dazhui and bilateral Zusanli for the treatment of acupuncture points once a day,each time 9 per hole,continuous treatment for 7 days for a course of treatment,continuous use of two chemotherapy cycles.The indicators included BFI-C,loss of appetite score,clinical symptom classification of lung cancer,KPS score,the use of C-GSF and IL-11.Follow-up observation was performed before and after each course of chemotherapy.Establish a database and perform statistical analysis to compare the results of the two groups.Results1.BIF-C:The scores of fatigue group in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05);Comparison in groups,The scores of the control group increased with the increase of the number of chemotherapy cycles,and the second course of treatment was significantly higher than the first course of treatment on the end of the treatment(P<0.05);In the experimental group,the course of the second course of treatment was lower than that of the first course of treatment.Comparison between groups:the experimental group in the first course of treatment on the end of the second course of chemotherapy on the end of the day and the end of treatment,the points were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.Loss of appetite score:The scores of appetite after chemotherapy in both groups were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05).Comparison in groups,The scores of the control group increased with the increase of the number of chemotherapy cycles,and the second course of treatment was significantly higher than the first course of treatment on the end of treatment(P<0.05).The second course of the study group was significantly lower than the first course of treatment at the end of chemotherapy and at the end of treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:The scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the day of the end of the first course of treatment,the end of the second course of chemotherapy and the end of the treatment(P<0.05).3.Clinical symptom classification of lung cancer:After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the experimental group was more obvious.4.Changes in blood parameters:The WBC,PLT and HGB of the two groups were significantly lower than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05),With the increase of chemotherapy,the WBC of the two groups decreased day by day(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the changes of PLT and HGB were not significant(P>0.05),while the second course of HGB in the control group was significantly lower than that in the first course(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:In the first course of treatment,the WBC in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the second course,the WBC,PLT and HGB contents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.In the first course of treatment,the number of cases using C-GFS and IL-11 in the two groups was similar(P>0.05).In the second course of treatment,the number of cases used in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.KPS:After two courses of treatment.the different between the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher(P<0.05).7.All cases of treatment,a total of 2 times a slight blister,without special treatment can be natural absorption,the safety rate of 96.15%.ConclusionsWGN can effectively improve the advanced NSCLC chemotherapy-related cancerous fatigue symptoms,delay WBC,PLT,HGB decline in the speed and amplitude,reduce the occurrence of bone marrow suppression,effectively improve the quality of life of patients.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
