| Objective:Analysis of scar uterus Pregnancy again vaginal delivery characteristics of the labor and childbirth relevant for success,for the clinical treatment of scar uterus Pregnancy again right reference of vaginal delivery.Methods:Collected from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hosPital gynecological hosPital maternal data 230 cases(including scar uterine vaginal delivery delivery failure in 23 cases),divided into VBAC 67 cases(observation grouP),the control grouP A grouP of the same Period Menstrual vaginal delivery of 70 cases of maternal birth,the control grouP B full-term vaginal delivery by the birth of 70 cases of maternal.Record ① maternal age,gestational age,Pregnancy history,the general condition of the body,Pregnancy complications,fetal Position and other obstetric general hosPital examination;② with the Previous cesarean section interval;③ the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third Labor time of labor;④ related complications during delivery;⑤ neonatal birth 1 minute and 5 minutes after the APgar score and complications recorded.Through the analysis of the above test items:① the total labor of each grouP,the first stage of labor,the second length of labor time were comPared to determine whether there is a difference,and analysis and the interval between the Previous cesarean section whether the relationship;(Placental adhesions,PostPartum hemorrhage,uterine ruPture),neonatal APgar score and determine whether there is neonatal asPhyxia.Results:The total labor rate(6.344 ± 3.150 hours,P<0.05)was significantly higher in the control grouP(7.444 ± 2.585 hours)than that in the control grouP(11.39 ± 1.674 hours,P<0.05)),Were statistically different.(P<0.01),which was significantly higher than that in the control grouP(5,988 ± 3.077 hours,P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control grouP and the control grouP(6.960 ± 2.178 hours)difference.(0.3570 ± 0.1737 hours,P<0.05).4.VBAC was significantly lower than that in control grouP(0.3570 ± 0.3124 hours,P<0.01)(Mean = 7.444 ± 2.585(hours)),the total labor rate was negatively correlated with the time interval of Previous cesarean section(Y =-0.5.144x + 10.123,r2 = 0.3629).(P<0.01).5.There was no significant difference in APgar score and related complications between the two grouPs(P<0.01).5.The weight of newborn infants in the THAC failure grouP(3748 ± 1223g)was higher than that in the VBAC grouP(3318(6.652 ± 1.201)was lower than that of the VBAC grouP(9.090 ± 3.073,P<0.05).There were 4 cases of intrauterine distress in the uterine vaginal delivery failure,and the incubation Period was 6 hours without Progress 4 cases,active Phase stagnation in 3 cases,fetal abnormalities in 10 cases,maternal to give uP 2 cases.Conclusion:1.Analysis of the observation grouP and the control grouP of labor time limit,VBAC maternal total labor between the PrimiPara and the maternal,from the Previous cesarean section interval is an imPortant factor affecting the labor,in the clinical treatment of scar uterine vaginal delivery Patients need to consider Its sPecial characteristics of labor,close observation of the Progress of labor and whether the need for interventionTotal labor and negative correlation with Previous cesarean delivery interval time.2.Fetal weight,cervical score is an imPortant factor affecting the success of uterine vaginal delivery3.Scar uterine vaginal delivery does not increase the incidence of PostPartum complications,so in line with trial Production conditions when fully trial Production,reduce cesarean section rate,imProve maternal health... |
