Objective To analysis and comparse the differences occured in preterm delivery and preterm premature rupture of membranes of Korea and Han nationalities pregnant women,to investigate relationship between IL-6 and TNF-a in umbilical cord blood of neonates with preterm premature rupture of membranes and chioroamnionitis.Method 1.Collected the data of 1149 cases of pregnant women with premature delivery form 2010 to 2016 in obstetric department of Yanbian hospital.2.From September 2016 to January 2017,45 cases of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes in obstetric department of Yanbian hospital were enrolled as experimental group, they were singleton、head position、and the gestational age was between 28 and 37 weeks, also the production process were launched within 12 hours after rupture of membranes.45 cases of pregnant women with full pregnancy were enrolled as control group in the same period, the production times of pregnant women were 0-1.5ml umbilical cord blood were taken after cutting the neonatal umbilical cord. The levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in cord blood of newborn infants were measured by flow cytometry. At the same time, placenta and fetal membrane tissues of the pregnant women with preterm premature rupture of membranes were send to pathological examination,To determine whether or not the chorionic inflammation. Results 1.The incidence rate of preterm delivery of Han nationality was higer than Korea nationality(9.53%vs 5.53%,P<0.001).2.A total of 516 cases of preterm premature rupture of membranes of premature delivery, the incidence rate of preterm premature rupture of membranes of Korea nationality was higer than Han nationality(58.42%vs 40.50%,P<0.001).3.There was no significantly statistical difference in the levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in umbilical cord blood of newborn infants between experimental group and control group.4.There was a significantly statistical difference in the levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in umbilical cord blood between pregnant women with chioroamnionitis and pregnant women with non-chioroamnonitis(17.55pg/ml、48.92pg/ml vs 4.1pg/ml、27.5pg/ml,P<0.001).Conclusions l.The occurrence of preterm labor and preterm premature rupture of membranes may be related to different nationalities and their genetic factors;2.Increased levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in umbilical cord blood of neonates with PPROM were associated with choriocarcinoma.
