| ObiectiveTo observe the expectorant Huatan Rougan Decoction combined with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(phlegm)the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,evaluate its effectiveness and safety,provides a method of treatment is effective,safe and reliable,convenient for clinical promotion.Method80 patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 1,2015 to June 30,2016,and who met the inclusion criteria and diagnosed NASH and were treated with Huatan Rougan Decoction and Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets,according to clinic are numbered sequentially and according to random number table in 2 groups at random,the treatment group and control group(n=40).Both groups treated with exercise and diet therapy;The control group was given oral administration of Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets,0.5mg each time,1 times a day.The treatment group plus oral Huatan Rougan Decoction on the basis of the control group,1 bag each time,3 times a day.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks.As the first day,the first course,the second course,the liver function,blood-fat,liver ultrasound,body mass index,symptoms and signs,adverse reactions should be recorded.The collected data were analyzed by t-test and chi-square test by SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results(1)Treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%,control group total effective rate was 72.50%,compared the two groups statistically significant differences(P=0.014<0.05),showed that the curative effect on treating Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis,treatment group was superior to control group.(2)In the improvement of liver function after the treatment in the two groups ALT,AST and GGT were significantly decreased,by contrast,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),show that the treatment group can improve liver function in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.(3)In the improvement of blood-fat,TC and TG were decreased in the two groups after treatment,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective to reduce the level of blood fat in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.(4)In the improvement of liver ultrasound,the two groups after treatment of fatty-liver under ultrasound manifestations were improved,and in the treatment group is more significant(P<0.01),therefore,Huatan Rougan Decoction combination of rosuvastatin calcium tablets for improvement NASH’ s liver ultrasound performance has good results.(5)The body mass index decreased in the control group after treatment,treatment group after treatment can make the average body mass index decreased by 0.5 index or more,showing good effect.(6)TCM symptoms,syndromes related to phlegm dampness type,which can be divided into four main card,three times card and tongue and pulse,after the end of treatment,the two groups were found to disappear syndrome cases,the treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),while the treatment no matter the main card,improve the card or tongue has improved greatly,the total effect of up to 95%,indicating that the treatment group can obviously improve the syndrome,and even cure related syndromes.(7)In terms of safety,the treatment group in the whole process of treatment 1 cases of adverse reactions,the control group in 3 cases of adverse reactions,Therefore,both drugs are safe and reliable.Conclusion(1)Huatan Rougan Decoction is an effective drug for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.The total effective rate of the drug group is 90%,which is obviously superior to the control group of Rivastatin calcium Tablets.(2)Huatan Rougan Decoction can improve body fat,body weight difficulties,flank fullness,anorexia,nausea,dizziness,tiredness and weakness,abdominal distension loose stools and other related symptoms of TCM phlegm dampness stasis.(3)Huatan Rougan Decoction has a good effect on improving liver function,reducing blood lipid,reducing fatty liver,and reducing body mass index.(4)There were only 1 cases of mild adverse reactions in the treatment group,indicating that the drug is safe and reliable. |
