Clinical Research On Prescription Of Removing Heat And Eliminating Blood Stasis To Interfer In The Syndrome Of Stagnated Heat In Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of the prescription of removing heat and eliminating blood stasis in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of in the syndrome of stagnated heat.To explore the mechanism of the prescription of removing heat and eliminating blood stasis in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:According to the criteria for the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and TCMsyndrome stagnated heat,60 patients with diagnosis were selected to observe.They were divided into two groups by randomized method.The treatment group was treated with western medicine and the prescription of removing heat and eliminating blood stasis.The control group was treated just with western medicine.The two groups were observed for 12 weeks.We mainly observe FBG,PBG,HbAlc,blood fat,nerve conduction velocity,the scores of TCM syndrome and the Toronto score.Results:From the age,gender and disease course,the patients in two groups were comparable(P>0.05).?The total effective rate about Chinese medicine syndrome of treatment group was 86.7%,control group was 53.3%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).?Toronto score:The two groups of patients after treatment,Toronto scores were significantly decreased(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the decreasion of Toronto scores of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).?The blood glucose:After treatment,the blood glucose was significantly reduced(P<0.01);Between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);?The blood fat:After treatment,the blood fat of patients in two groups was improved(P<0.01);The improvement the degree of the blood fat,treatment group is better(P<0.05 or P<0.01);?The nerve conduction velocity:After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity was improved in two groups(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the treatment and the control group(P>0.05)·?Safety indicators:The prescription of removing heat and eliminating blood stasis is safety in treating DPN.During the treatment period,gastrointestinal discomfort and skin allergy are not occurred.Conclusions:The effect of the prescription of removing heat and eliminating blood stasis to treat DPN was better than pure western medicine.The clinical symptoms of patients,increasing nerve conduction velocity,blood glucose,blood fat can be effectively improved.The drug is worthy of promotion and research.
