Study On The Distribution Features Of Syndrome Elements And Related Factors Of Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective:To explore plainly the distribution regularity of syndrome elements and related factors in bile reflux gastritis,improve its differentiation system and guide clinical intervention and treatment by referring to syndrome differentiation system and analyzing the bile reflux gastritis patients’ clinical data.Methods:191 cases of bile reflux gastritis were collected.Extracting the relevant syndrome elements from the questionnaire and ’syndrome differentiation scale’ written by Professor Zhu Wenfeng.The distribution regularity of syndrome elements and related factors in bile reflux gastritis were analyzed after establishing the database and using Statistical methods.Results:In the crowd of high incidence ages between 51 and 70,staff and workers accounted for the majority,and female was more than male.Drinking and spicy diets were possible risk factors.The degree of mirror reflex was mainly grade I and HP positive rate was 14.14%.The histopathological examination showed a high degree of glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia,the positive rate was 25.13%and 21.99%.The disease mainly occurred in stomach(76.71%),liver(56.85%),followed by spleen(25.34%,),gallbladder(10.96%)and large intestine(6.16%).Double syndrome factor accounted for 59.59%,especially in stomach and liver,followed by single syndrome factor(33.56%)and multi-syndrome factor(6.85%).The main nature of disease were Qi Stagnation(36.99%),Heat(28.77%),Qi-Deficiency(26.03%),Blood Stasis(21.92%),Yin-Deficiency(19.86%),Dyspepsia(13.70%),Wet(8.22%),Yang-Deficiency(4.79%),cold(3.42%).Double nature of disease were more than single.There were positive syndrome 93 cases(63.70%),deficiency syndrome 22 cases(15.07%)and combined syndrome 31 cases(21.23%).Different gender had statistically difference in the location of the disease.The distribution of the nature of disease was related to pathology.There was no correlation between the distribution of syndromes and age,HP infection and microscopic reflux.Conclusion:In the crowd of high incidence ages between 51 and 70,female was more than male.HP positive rate was 14.14%and the degree of mirror reflex was mainly grade I.The disease mainly occurred in stomach,liver,spleen,gallbladder and large intestine,especially in stomach and liver.Qi Stagnation,Heat,Qi-Deficiency,Blood Stasis,Yin-Deficiency,Dyspepsia,Wet,Yang-Deficiency and Cold were its manifestations.Positive syndrome included primarily Qi Stagnation and Heat and deficiency syndrome consisted of Qi-Deficiency and Yin-Deficiency.As to the nature of disease,double syndrome was the most.Positive syndrome was more common than the deficiency syndrome and combined syndrome.Different gender had statistically difference in the location of the disease.The distribution of the natute of disease was related to pathology.There was no correlation between the distribution of syndromes and age,HP infection and microscopic reflux.
